According to criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Detroit, the victims’ parents brought them to the clinic from Minnesota — pretending it was a “special” girls trip — and later told the girls to keep what was happening a secret.

Days before the 2016 election, the FBI announced that while investigating allegedly illicit text messages from Weiner to a 15-year-old girl, it had unearthed emails related to Clinton’s private server. Any momentum that Clinton carried going into the polls appeared to be wiped out.

The conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed suit in federal court on Monday seeking communications records related to the Obama administration's attempt to ban a popular kind of AR-15 ammunition in 2015.
The suit, Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice, was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. It stems from a Freedom of Information Act request the watchdog group filed with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) in March 2015. The request asked for all communications related to the agency's decision "to no longer exempt 5.56 mm. SS109 and M855 (i.e., ‘green tip' AR-15) ammunition from the definition of ‘armor-piercing' ammunition" in the year leading up to its announcement.

A deal was reached, and the Obama administration and fellow Democrats applauded the achievement. The agreement was struck a year after former President Barack Obama drew his now infamous “red line” in August 2012, when he threatened military action against Assad if he used chemical weapons.

The Democrats were successful in forcing Chairman Nunes to step aside temporarily but they weren’t able to keep the truth from getting out. Susan Rice has been exposed and she will have to testify before both Intelligence Committees. It’s game over, they just don’t know it yet.

The FOIA lawsuit seeks records about the IRS’ selection of individuals and organizations for audits based upon applications requesting nonprofit tax status filed by Tea Party and other 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organizations (Judicial Watch v. The underlying premise on which the previous administration ordered surveillance on Trump and his associates is ironically the one piece of the story with no evidence. Without that one integral part of the narrative, the rest of what the Obama administration did would be completely illegal, even by D.C.’s standards.
The government can surveil conversations between two foreign entities with no hurdles. They can also listen in to an American’s conversation, as long as that conversation is with a foreign entity. But when that data is collected, the identity of the American in the conversation is hidden.
