The PWS
Greyhounds tied the Richmond Bobcats in a 3-3 rematch on an ideal
Lisbon field. Richmond was first to score early in the game and soon
fired in another to put Lisbon down 0-2. Lisbon stepped up the defense
with Seth Dyer #20 and Jacob George #16 breaking off Bobcat attacks
while offensively Hounds like Scott Smith #4 and Jack Tibbets #8 kept
Richmond's own defense scrambling and Striker Noah Austin #10 scored 2
points to tie up the game by the end of the half. The Greyhounds
returned from the break still fired up with Austin completing a
hat-trick to take the lead. Richmond found the net once more to end the
game with a tie. The [0-1-5] Greyhounds next face Gardiner for a home
game on Wednesday, October 8.
