GOPDD: What Hillary Is TRYING TO KEEP QUIET About Khizr Khan Father Of Muslim US Soldier

He is an Attorney Specializing In Selling US Citizenship.
Khizr Khan, the father of a fallen Muslim U.S. soldier, is an immigration attorney whose specialty is a program that critics say allows immigrants to buy their way in the United States.
According to Khan’s website (which was taken down today), he specializes in law related to the E-2 and EB-5 programs, which hands out green cards to foreign investors that put at least $500,000 into certain American firms. The investor can also get green cards for certain family members.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PUBLISHING AN AGENDA?

Have you ever wondered why the town publishes the Town Council agenda on Thursday? The reason is so that everyone has sufficient time to research and review all items on the agenda. This is so anyone with a problem or concern will have ample time to prepare their thoughts and comments prior to the Town Council meeting.

Now on July 5, 2016, the town clerk prepared a memo adding an additional agenda item for that same night. This memo did not state why it had to be processed that night. It was for a banner for Positive Change Lisbon with no other details available. This memo should have been presented in accordance with the normal Council Working Rules which means it should have been processed prior to Wednesday before the meeting. Piss poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part.

There are provisions in the Council Working Rules to revise agenda’s when the situations arrive or there are emergency situations. The very next agenda wasn’t even revised. But the Council allowed Fern LaRochelle to address the workshop on an idea of forming a Route 196 Committee and to allow this committee to spend the $50,000.00 grant matching funds. Apparently, this could not have waited until the next Town Council meeting. But wait a minute, at the next Town Council meeting there was absolutely no mention of this proposal. Keep in mind the Town Council cannot vote at a workshop. So tomorrow’s agenda is out and there is no mention of this on the agenda either. So how critical was it to alter the agenda?

Now, tomorrow’s agenda has been changed yet again. One of the changes is critical and must be addresses tomorrow or the world will come to an end. The new memo wants to go out for bid on Davis Street. It is recommended by the Route 196 Committee which has never been approved by the Town Council. Again, why is so critical that it has to be approved before the committee is approved. Once again, an example of Mr. Leighton not knowing what he is doing? What is so critical that the agenda had to be changed?

This is my opinion; these revised agendas are changed at the last minute to hide what is going on in the community. If these changes are so critical then a memo should be included to the people explaining why they have to be processed with such short notice. Published the day before the meeting, does not provide sufficient time for the people to research the item. The Council Working Rules should be strictly followed all times and in cases of emergencies should be clearly spelled out.

I completely understand that the “Good Old Boys” network and certain Department Heads do not have to comply with any rules or regulations. These individuals believe they hold the same status as Hillary Clinton.

LEAD ABATEMENT UPDATES TO BE SHARED BY JAYNE JOCHEM AT LEWISTON ROTARY 9.29

Lewiston – Jayne Jochem will be the featured guest speaker of the Lewiston Auburn Rotary Club at the Ramada Inn, Lewiston on Thursday, September 29. Jochem started working for the City of Lewiston in May 2005 as its Grants Coordinator. Her responsibilities included writing and administering all federal grants for the City. During this timeframe she secured funding awards from the Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control (HUD) for the Lewiston-Auburn Lead Program in two separate awards in2009-2012 ($2.3M) and again in January of 2015 an award of $3.4M; EPA Brownfields Programs (BCRLF, Assessment and Cleanup Grant programs) in the amount of $1.2M; HUD Special Project EDI among other grant programs in the amount of $240k. In 2012, Jochem moved into her current role and became the Community Development Coordinator. She administers the City’s Community Development Block Grant Housing and Commercial Revolving Loan Programs; Fed HOME Homebuyer Assistance Loan Program and the Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Programs.

Jochem has had a long successful career administering federal grant programs in housing. She started her career in the non-profit sector in 1981. She attained her BS in Social Welfare from Southern Illinois University in 1976 and her Master’s in Business and Public Administration in State and Local Government and Non-profit Management in May 2002. Originally from Maine, she returned home in July 2003 to care for her mother.

Lewiston – Sharon Deveau-Handy will be the featured guest speaker of the Lewiston Auburn Rotary Club at the Ramada Inn, Lewiston on Thursday, September 8. Her topic is “It’s Not Your Grandparents Evening News,” how technology has changed and is changing the news.

Sharon Deveau-Handy has covered the news in Lewiston-Auburn and southern Maine for nearly 40 years. A native of Bangor, she grew up in the Orono/Old Town area. The reporting of Washington Post reporters Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward, who uncovered the Nixon Administration’s role in the Watergate break-in, led Deveau-Handy to pursue journalism as a career. She graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in journalism in 1978. Her first job after graduation brought her to Lewiston and she liked Lewiston-Auburn so much she never left. Over the course of 20 years at the Lewiston Sun-Journal, she worked her way up from a general assignment reporter to covering police, fire and business beats before moving to editorial duties. She has been the assignment editor at WMTW-TV, Channel 8, since 1998. The news team at WMTW has been recognized by the Maine Association of Broadcasters for its Election Night coverage and has won several regional Edward R. Murrow awards, most recently for their coverage of the blizzard in January 2015.She also won a Maine Association of Broadcasters award in the category of Public Affairs for an exclusive report in 2006 detailing tax liens that had been imposed on a candidate for governor. Deveau-Handy is also active in the community. She recently became chair of the Board of Directors for Literacy Volunteers Androscoggin and is president of the Lewiston High School Performing Arts Boosters. WMCA/Lewiston CareerCenter Partner with Strainrite & Adult Ed for Manufacturing

Lewiston: Four local students recently completed a Ready2Work Manufacturing Program supported through grant funding provided by Western Maine Community Action (WMCA) at the CareerCener in Lewiston. WMCA/Lewiston CareerCenter, partnered with Auburn Adult Education (AAE), and Strainrite in Auburn to provide students with a General Industry Certification Course. The training included classroom content on workplace communication and culture and site training at Strainrite for cutting and sewing techniques as Stitchers. SPILLER’S & WMCA PARTNERS IN JOB TRAINING PROGRAM

Lewiston – Western Maine Community Action (WMCA), a partner at the Lewiston CareerCenter, and Spiller’s in Lewiston, recently formed a partnership to offer an On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program. WMCA provides grant funding to qualified candidates to enter into a training program supported by various businesses in healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and more. An on-the-job training is an incentive based program. Training is provided by an employer to a paid employee engaged in productive work resulting in knowledge or skills essential to full and adequate performance of the job. Partnerships are developed through a contract in the public, private non-profit or private sector. Employers are reimbursed up to 50% of trainee’s wage during the program duration. “Through the grant WMCA provides services to people in Androscoggin, Franklin, Kennebec, Oxford and Somerset Counties,” shares Patti Saarinen, WMCA Program Site Coordinator in Lewiston. With Benghazi playing a major theme in the attacks against Clinton, Wallace played a video clip from the Republican National Convention (RNC) of Pat Smith blaming Clinton for her son’s death.

“I blame Hillary Clinton. I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son. That’s personally,” Smith said.

Hillary told the crowd about a poor suffering handicapped girl in a wheelchair in New Bedford, Massachusetts who could not go to school because of her disability. Hillary said she helped the girl get to school.

So, those who set up the Democratic National Convention, every person involved, and knew about the illegal aliens who would take to the convention stage on Monday evening are guilty of violating federal law.
It appears that the DNC not only violated federal law at their convention, but they did it at least twice.

People on the southern part of the West Coast saw quite a sight in the night sky, as social media lit up with people across several states questioning the mysterious light that seemed to streak across the Wednesday night sky.
According to KTTV, that mysterious streaking light was initially attributed to a meteor breaking up by military officials at Nellis Air Force Base in southern Nevada.

While one only needs to look to the right and see criminal action, you can look to the left and see a long history of criminal activity since the 1970s and the Watergate investigation…..
Democrat Jerry Zeifman, a counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Clinton on the Watergate investigation. Said that in 1974 a young lawyer who shared an office with Clinton came to him to apologize that he and Clinton had lied to him. The lawyer, John Labovitz, is quoted as saying that he was dismayed with “… her erroneous legal opinions and efforts to deny Nixon representation by counsel — as well as an unwillingness to investigate Nixon.” Zeifman charges that Rodham regularly consulted with Ted Kennedy’s chief political strategist, a violation of House rules. Hillary Rodham’s conduct, according to Zeifman, also was the result of not wanting Nixon to face an impeachment trial because Democrats worried that Nixon might bring up abuses of office by President John Kennedy.
