Looks to me like yes should be highlighted on the water main. 906 is more than 685
I know the town will play this as if we as a community do not want to spend money. But as I've written before, I think the town wouldn't mind spending money if it were spent wisely and that there were return on investment. Return on investment is key! What is return on investment? In my opinion--the future. The school board has very good plans for this in their capital improvements. All of which provide great return on investment. The return on investment for the Worumbo mill was an idea. Nothing more, nothing less. yes. It was a great idea, but in order for those dreams to come to fruition, there would be a great deal more investment just to get the parcels to a point that private investors would look at the site. Never mind the restrictions on the parcel--look under the pavement. This is my opinion. And we all know about opinions. They are like noses. :)
...one more comment. 26.2% of the voters in Lisbon and Lisbon Falls voted in this election. My opinion on this is that if you don't vote, you have no right to complain. If you vote, and don't do your due diligence to research and gather ALL the data about a candidate, bond or any other ballot issue, and are surprised by the final product, that too is your problem. Again, you have no right to complain.
