Letter To TLR

Why does the elementary school need a full time cop? Are there that many behavioral problems to warrant this position?
What is the need for a full time position for the Jr. & Sr. HS.--What does she do all day? This is not New York city or Dorcester Mass!
These two full time positions cost how much with benefits? If they teach - do they have a teaching certificate? What academic value are they for a school system that struggles with reading or math? I would like a genuine/truthful response. DEEP THROAT
