Lisbon – On Saturday, October 2, student young adult volunteer tour guides Paula Caron, freshman; and Jordan Beauparlant and Dillion Pesce, juniors; welcomed over 200 visitors to Lisbon High School.  The recently refurbished facility located at 2 Sugg Drive, Lisbon Falls held an open house for residents of Lisbon and surrounding communities to tour the school and see the renovations made to the building.  The event was scheduled during the Home Coming Weekend to offer the best opportunity for the public to attend.  “We were excited to have so many people attend the event,” shares Principal Kenneth Healey.  “Our students did an exceptional job conducting tours and showing off their school.  The comments from the community were extremely positive and folks were quick to recognize the work put forth was done well and made a significant difference in classrooms and other areas.”   FMI on other events and community projects planned by the school, contact Community Resource Coordinator, Monica Millhime, 754-0021 or email mmillhime@lisbonschoolsme.org.
