I haven't heard where the $$$ comes from to pay of the bonds??!! Lets see--we almost bought the grey elephant across from Fern's...now bonds for the school & the town garage?? Wasn't the town garage insured?? So....the magical $$ in this SHELL GAME...Again how is the bond paid off??? Let me guess ..IT WILL NEVER SHOW UP IN FUTURE PROPERTY TAX RATES!!!
This is not a Nasty letter..just a conversational question.
The School Committee and The Supt. will lay out exactly how these will be paid on April 9th at 5:30 in the LHS gym. I really recommend going to see the presentation. As for the PWD building. I have know idea. I don't think they have plans or anything yet. Also, as for the insurance. The ins. company will pay $300,000 to cover damage, and 100% of unknown damage they didn't see. at $4500 per/month, the town could put this off and actually have plans like the school does.
