Greyhound Grub! Great place for a gametime snack.
Mission Statement
Changes and upgrades to the exterior include pouring a new handicapped ramp and installing a railing for the handicapped-equipped bathroom. The groundhog hole was secured and backfilled. New metal thresholds were installed in the double door and both bathroom doors.
Inside, an interior door was installed to separate the concession area from equipment storage, and trim was installed and painted around the ceiling perimeter. A new light switch for attic was installed, as well as additional circuit breakers, additional outlets installed along freezer wall, and motion lights installed on the exterior for safety and security. The floor mats were pressure washed. A new stainless steel cover for the fryer was manufactured, and an alarm was installed to signal when the holding tank needs to be pumped.
Thanks to everyone on this list, but an extra big thank you to Mark Tupper, who coordinated all the work crews and kept the project list moving!

Changes and upgrades to the exterior include the garage door being repaired and painted, the old roof was stripped, and the roof was re-shingled. A fresh layer of crushed stone was placed on two sides of the building to help prevent the mud that required extra cleanup. Concrete pads were placed outside of the bathroom doors, and problematic toilets were updated with new commercial-grade toilets. New trash receptacles as well as towel and soap dispensers were mounted. The walls and ceilings were painted, along with receiving new steel doors with composite frames, new dead-bolt door hardware, fresh paint, and new signage.
Inside, a new hot water heater was installed with an additional shut-off, and leaky sink pipes were repaired. Walls inside the service were patched and painted, and additional shelving was installed in both service and storage areas. Counters along rear wall were entirely rebuilt, and now consist of standard height laminate-covered counters with shelving underneath, and the beverage cooler was relocated to the rear wall. Also, the serving window counters were sanded and covered in laminate. A new stainless steel cover for the fryer was manufactured. The ventilation hood has been removed and stored in Football/Soccer concession, where it will be installed at a later time.

Still to come:
We have concrete end pieces to make a picnic table, but need the wood and someone to put it together. Floors in both shacks need to be deep cleaned. Weather-stripping needs to be installed on all exterior doors and roll up windows.
The ventilation hood needs to be mounted, and the exhaust fan needs to be installed, and we hope to make some improvements to the floor.
At the Field Hockey/Baseball/Softball, interior trim on the new bathroom doors concession needs to be installed, the interior grey walls and the exterior needs to be painted.
At the Football/Soccer concession, an additional fryer will be hooked up. We also plan on installing a commercial-grade water saver toilet and water-saver faucets in bathrooms, and we need to install motion-sensor activated towel dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen.
