Another Citizen Writes

Congratulations!
Transparency of government may come back to Lisbon. It is sad when good people lose sight of what the people elected them to perform. Services for the community have not improved and yet expenses have, with no foresight on the horizon.

For over a year the only functions have been micromanagement of employees with no positive outcome. The council should be examining services to provide them efficiently, economically and maintain our capital infrastructure.
