LA Rotary to Welcome Moxie Festival Coordinator July 9

Lewiston – Members of the Lewiston-Auburn Rotary Club have invited Tracey Steuber, the 2015 Moxie Festival Coordinator, as their noontime luncheon guest speaker on Thursday, July 9 at the Ramada Inn, Lewiston. The Moxie Festival, has been held in Lisbon, Maine on the second weekend in July since 1982. Steuber will be sharing the schedule of events starting with the fireworks display on Friday, July 10; followed by the Moxie Day 5K Race and Parade on Saturday. Additional events include the free petting zoo, recipe contest, chug-n-challenge, and a concert in the park. Sundays’ events include a car show, and a family fun day at Beaver Park. The 2015 Moxie Festival runs from Friday, July 10 through Sunday, July 12. Rotary members welcome guests every Thursday from noon to 1 p.m.
