EAGLE RISING: FBI Probe of Hillary Clinton is Now a FULL BLOWN Criminal Investigation!

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has advanced its inquiries into the lack of security that resulted in the illegal email server that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used during her time in office.

According to The Daily Caller:

The FBI has interviewed a former State Department official about how Clinton aides communicated over email. And last month, the agency requested records from a data broker Clinton hired to find companies to manage her private email system after she left office in early 2013.
While the FBI's handling of the case has so far been characterized as a "preliminary inquiry," the depth of the probe indicates it has reached a new phase.
"This sounds to me like it's more than a preliminary inquiry; it sounds like a full-blown investigation," Tom Fuentes, a former assistant director of the FBI, told Politico. "When you have this amount of resources going into it…I think it's at the investigative level."

BDN: Maine’s drone law: Privacy protection or police obstacle?

New rules governing when, where and how police departments can deploy drones in Maine took effect last month after the governor’s unsuccessful attempt to veto it and 64 other bills. The drone law ushers in a change that legislators and civil liberties advocates say will shield Mainers’ right to privacy from abuse.

Over the last few years, drones have skyrocketed in popularity. As they’ve grown more popular, concerns about privacy have grown more common as well.

The Federal Aviation Administration since 2012 has been developing rules to integrate drones into the national airspace, but these address only safety. The FAA has left it up to state or federal government to enact legal protections against misuse of drones.

As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling” of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.

Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.

“I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation,” the agreement states.

Lisbon's Money Problems Not Over by Joe Hill

The election is over, the ballots have been counted and the will of the people is known. We have three new faces on the Council filled with fresh ideas for Lisbon's future. Its time for Lisbon to heal its wounds and come together for the good of all.

The first thing we need to do is put the School Budget behind us.

Two groups in Lisbon have been battling over this budget for months and have torn this town apart. One group wants more money for the school and the other doesn't want to spend more on the School. The recent vote showed us that the majority of Lisbon voters want either the "Council Approved budget" (the Yes Vote) or they want to spend even less on the School. ("to high vote) I hope the "no to low group" gets the message voters sent and capitulates to the will of the majority. (1084 votes to 901 votes.)

The voters also replaced two incumbent Councilors that voted on the School Budget. One supported more money for the School and one supported cutting the Schools money. I think this message is also clear.

The second thing we should do is ask ourselves why Lisbon School System costs four times as much as private schools in Lisbon that arguably give students a better education? We owe it to our kids to give them the best education we can afford even if that education comes from other sources.

When faced with a tough problem we have been taught to "look outside the box". Most people give this phrase lip service but never actually change their problem solving strategy. Lets really look at new solutions instead of trying to rework the old system that doesn't work.

If we don't find ways to reduce Lisbon's School costs we will be having another "battle royal" next year.

The Texas Senator and Republican Presidential candidate said he is introducing the bill to protect against the “violent jihad” carried out by the Muslim Brotherhood affiliates both in the United States and the rest of the world.

“As this bill details, the Brotherhood’s stated goal is to wage violent jihad against its enemies, and our legislation is a reality check that the United States is on that list as well,” Cruz said in a statement released on Wednesday.

No doubt you’ve heard by now about the bombshell Politico dropped about Ben Carson earlier this morning. Politico alleged the GOP presidential candidate “admitted” part of his personal story was “fabricated” — namely, his acceptance into the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Liberals and conservatives alike seized upon the bombshell — albeit for very different reasons, of course. Naturally, liberals grabbed this as the GOTCHA they’ve been looking for about this free-thinking (i.e., conservative) black candidate who’s so clearly gone far off the Democrat plantation.

Conservatives, meanwhile, stood stunned to consider that this man they believe in, whose personal brand exudes integrity — a trait so foreign to far too many leaders and political candidates — could have committed such an act, lying about his past.

GOPDD: 22 Islamic Terrorist Training Camps Revealed inside United States

The terror group goes by the name of the Muslims of the Americas/Jamaat ul-Fuqra (MOA). They made the mistake of suing two of their critics, Martin Mawyer and Patti Peirucci, for statements made in their book about the MOA titled, “Twilight in America.”

Although the judge dismissed the lawsuit as baseless last week, some interesting information came out depositions conducted as part of the proceedings.

The depositions revealed that MOA has a previously unknown property outside of Anchorage, Alaska. They also confirmed the existence of an additional New York property, as well as California and Michigan locations.

DID THEY GET THE MESSAGE?

On Tuesday, November 3, 2015, the people of Lisbon sent a clear message to the Town Council. But did the Town Council hear it or get it? We know for sure one Councilor did not get it. Ex-Chairman of the current Council Dillon Pesce did NOT get the message because when interviewed by Channel 13 stated “It’s not over.” The people voted all Councilors up for reelection out because of the direction the Town Council were moving the town.

It is a shame, when the people speak, there are no Councilors listening. Since November 2011, the people send a message by the direction they voted and are totally ignored by the Town Council. The town has not a Council that listened to the people since 2011. We have had a few true Councilors, who voted as their constituents wanted such as Councilor Cote, Councilor Garrison and the majority of the time Councilor Lunt.

Unfortunately, the four remaining Councilors Crafts, Brunelle, Bickford, and Metivier have no clue what the duties and responsibilities of a Councilor are. A Councilor is elected by the people to represent the people. This means they are the voice of the people. It also means they no longer have a personal opinion on any issues because they are tasked with voting ONLY what is best for the community. A history of these Councilors voting record clearly support they are NOTputting the best interest of the community first.

I was very happy to see the people send a message that they are not going to being ignored any more. We now have three new Councilors and only time will tell if they are true Councilors or they have their own agendas. This time next year, I hope the people continue this trend and vote three more Councilors out. It is important, to continue this, until Councilors start listening to the voice of the people.

This Tuesday night, it will be interesting to see if anything has changed with the remaining four Councilors. I wonder if they got the message or are we in for another rough year?

EAGLE RISING: Armed Robber Killed – Family Complains He was Shot Too Many Times!

One of the more visible illustrations that our culture is on the decline has to be the willingness of (seemingly) perfectly normal people being willing to defend the unreasonable.

For example, over the last couple of years we’ve seen several criminals killed during the commission of violent crimes. In the aftermath of these situations, the families of the criminal will complain to the media that their loved one did not deserve their fate. It doesn’t matter if the criminal had a gun, was threatening grave bodily harm, or even in the process of committing a heinous act… the families invariably argue that the criminal was a “good” person who didn’t deserve to die.

Well, this ridiculous argument is rearing its head… again.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A Channel 2 Action News investigation found that the State Department is sending millions of dollars to save mosques overseas. This investment has received criticism as the United States makes an effort to slash nearly $4 trillion in government spending.Plenty of outrage following the announcement made Thursday afternoon by a government commission that suggested huge cuts to the budget, including eliminating the interest education for home mortgage. This juxtaposed with the United States investing millions to refurbish mosques as a good-will effort in Muslim countries has upset many taxpayer groups.

“We are spending money we don’t have. This is all on a gigantic credit card right now,” said Jared Thomas, a taxpayer advocate.

EAGLE RISING: The Media is Lying to You while Covering Up Hillary's Benghazi Lies

In one of best moments during the Wednesday debate Marco Rubio criticized the mainstream media for declaring former Secretary of State Clinton totally debunked the “charges” against her about Benghazi despite the fact that Ms. Clinton was shown to have lied about the lousy YouTube video supposedly being the cause of the attack. But the Media is pushing back.
According to the MSM it doesn’t matter that in the immediate aftermath of the attack Clinton told the leaders of Libya and Egypt, along with her daughter that the event in Benghazi was a terror attack while she told the U.S. voters and more importantly the families of the four people who were killed that it was a spontaneous riot because of a blasphemous anti-Muslim video. They contend that there was much confusion at the time and Hillary’s Benghazi lies were what she actually believed at the time.
