GOPDD: An ISIS Recruiting Video has Surfaced, Look who They are Using …(and it’s not Donald Trump)

During saturday night’s third Democrat/Socialist debate, Hillary Clinton said that ISIS is recruiting new terrorists by showing the impressionable videos featuring Donald Trump and his anti-Muslim rhetoric.

This was quickly proven not true. Heck, even Clinton’s team said it wasn’t true.
The funny thing though, is that ISIS is using Hillary’s husband Bill and Barack Obama in their videos.

On December 18, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio referenced President Obama’s pending executive action on gun control and said executive order or not, guns will not be surrendered….and he is NOT bluffing!

Arpaio talked with Breitbart News about a number of gun-related issues and indicated that an ongoing problem is that guns and gun control have become part of the “political situation.” As a result, Democrats react to the criminal misuse of guns by grandstanding to punish law-abiding citizens with gun control.

Schools are becoming increasingly violent and controlled by gangs – even at the elementary level, due to political correctness. It is making life hell for the students who want to learn as well as their teachers. One school in Minnesota has become so bad a teacher sent an anonymous letter to a local newspaper reporter revealing the horrific conditions.

The teachers of the St. Paul school district are “scared” of some of their students and the dangerous environment in their classrooms, according to an anonymous teacher who sent a heartfelt message to a reporter from the local newspaper.

President Obama commuted the sentences of 95 prisoners and pardoned two, the White House announced in a statement Friday. 

The commutations represented the largest number Obama has announced at one time, according to the Associated Press, and were mainly granted to prisoners held for nonviolent drug crimes. Many of the individuals were serving time for crimes involving cocaine and crack.

WHAT IS THE “CALL TO SHOCK” TIMEFRAME?

In my previous article, I outline what a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) is and its purpose.  I explained that the PSAP for this area is located at the Androscoggin County Dispatch.  This is where all 911 calls for emergency services are received for Lisbon, Durham, Sabattus and Greene.  References 1 and 2 explained the PSAP more clearly by professional emergency services personnel.

Now, I am going to try and explain the impact of having the Lisbon Communication Center/Dispatch dispatch First Responders instead of the Androscoggin County Dispatch alerting the First Responders in emergency situations.  What the delay by having Androscoggin County Dispatch relay information to the Lisbon Communication Center/Dispatch prior to dispatching First Responders has on the survival of victims. 

I will be extracting information from references 3 and 4.  These references are written by professional emergency medical experts who have studied the impact of delays in what is referred to as “Call to Shock”.  “Call to shock” is the time it takes from the time the 911 call is received at the PSAP and the moment the victim is shocked by a ventricular fibrillation/defibrillator.  According to the expert, a cardiac arrest victim has 6 minutes to receive defibrillation shock in order to survive.  This is NOT a long time so every second is important to saving lives.

 According to The Journal of Emergency Services the following is timeframe for cardiac victims:

a.    0-4 Seconds to basically make a difference

b.   4-6 minutes they’ll have some sort of brain damage

c.    6-10 minutes they will have brain damage

d.   And after that they’re not going to be with us.

After being provided this information from emergency medical personnel and not Larry Fillmore, let’s apply this information to the current situation this town is in.  First let me tell you, this also applies to Lisbon, Durham, Sabattus and Greene.  Everyone  agrees that there is a delay in Lisbon Communication Center/Dispatch receiving emergency information from the PSAP (Androscoggin County Dispatch) prior to dispatching our First Responders to emergency situations.  It does depend on who you talk to as to how long this delay is but remember the “Call to Shock” is measured from the receipt of the 911 call at Androscoggin County Dispatch to the shocking of the cardiac victim on the scene.  Our love ones only have 6 minutes for a chance to survive and that is not a long time. 

This is why it is so critical that we eliminate all delays in the process and expedite getting our First Response personnel to the victims as quickly as possible.  Our Town Council and Chief Brooks are fighting the elimination of the Lisbon Communication Center so that the PSAP (Androscoggin County Dispatch) can dispatch our First Responders.  I am not sure the Town Council is aware of the information I have just provided but I know that Chief Brooks does.  The current situation is putting all our lives at risk and the Town Council needs to but an immediate stop to this.  The Town Council job is to do what is best for our residents and personnel to ensure this is a safe community to grow up in.

RECAP TOWN COUNCIL MEETING – DECEMBER 15TH

On Tuesday night, the Town Council held its regular meeting.  Chairman Bickford did an excellent job moving it right along.  The following is a summary of the meeting:

Under Council Orders, Resolutions, & Ordinances –

1.   Durham Dispatch Agreement – The Council approved the agreement by a vote of 7-0.

2.  Sewer Acquired Redemption – The Council approved for the Town Manager to send out notifications of redemption by a vote of 7-0.

3.  Freedom of Access Act (FOAA) Policy – The Council approved the policy by a vote of 7-0.

4.  Surplus Property Disposal – The Council approved the sale of two vehicles by a vote of 7-0.

5.  Maine Electronics Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit – The Council approved the permit by a vote of 6-1.  The one no vote came from Councilor Albert.

6.  2015 Byrne/JAG Award – The Council approved the purchase of bullet proof vests for 3 reserve officers in the amount of $1,988.00 by a vote of 7-0.

7.  2016 Evidence Based Impaired Driving High Visibility Enforcement Grant – The Council accepted $3,879.00 in grant money by a vote of 7-0.

8.  CDBG Micro-Enterprise Grant Letter of Intent – The Council approved and authorized the Town Manager to sign the letter of intent by a vote of 7-0.

9.  CDBG Downtown Revitalization Grant Letter of Intent – The Council approved and authorized the Town Manager to sign the letter of intent by a vote of 7-0.

10.        2015-2016 School Budget Warrant Articles 1-9 – The Council approved the majority of the articles by a vote of 7-0, however, there were a couple of articles the council voted 4-3 on.  The three no votes were the three new Councilors Kolbe, Albert and Ward.  There appears to be a difference of $83,000.00 separating the Town and School.

11.        School Budget Validation Referendum Warrant – The Council approved by a vote of 7-0.

12.       Town Departments Christmas Schedule – The Council approved the Christmas Schedule by a vote of 7-0.

Under Other Business – The Public Works Director Ryan Leighton provided a Department Head Report to the Council.  Also Tracey Steuber gave a Department Head Report to the Council on the Economic Community Development Department.

Under Appointments – Rick Roberts was approved as Warden in Ward 2 and Sheila Gray was appointed Warden in Ward 1.

GOPDD: Christian Female Fighters Take On ISIS In Syria

They are called “Female Protection Forces of the Land Between the Two Rivers” (Tigris and Euphrates) and these 50 women are taking a stand against ISIS and their slaughter of Christians.This new force is fairly new and consists of 50 mothers, daughters and friends.

The fierce-looking 36-year-old in fatigues from the Syriac Christian minority in the northeast believes she is making the future safe for her children.
