GOPDD: Hillary Clinton Is Now Tied To At Least Four Investigations By Federal Agencies

(Via Daily Caller) The State Department’s inspector general last year subpoenaed the Clinton Foundation for documents related to work that required approval from the Hillary Clinton State Department, making it now at least four investigations involving the Democratic presidential candidate being conducted by federal agencies.
According to The Washington Post, the State Department inspector general’s subpoena, which was filed in the fall, also sought records related to longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s concurrent employment in 2012 with the State Department, the Clinton Foundation, and Teneo Holdings, a Clinton-connected consulting firm.

The ceremony coincides with the 37-year anniversary of Iran’s Islamic revolution, which resulted in the overthrow of Iran’s last Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, who was officially ousted from his homeland on February 11, 1979, and which set the standard for the nation’s planned expansionism and spread of Shia-backed dominance throughout the Middle East.

James Madison once said: “The essence of Government is power; and power, lodged as it must be in human hands, will ever be liable to abuse.” Clearly, Clinton didn’t get the message.
Despite bearing the name “Clinton” the former Secretary of State achieved her obscure power through a series of debacles that include presidential runs, her time as a U.S. Senator, and the infidelity of her husband, Bill.
However, no matter one’s societal status or last name, especially for Hillary in this case, no American citizen is exempt from the rule of law. Even agency executives who handle classified information are not exempt. With that, even though no indictment has been spurred by the probes into Secretary Clinton’s email fiasco, it is definitively likely that she violated federal secrecy laws.

Via a FOIA request, Judicial Watch received and released Tuesday seventy pages of emails from long time Clinton aide, Huma Abedin’s account on the Hillary Clinton non-secured email system,clintonemail.com. The emails reveal that Ms Clinton, Ms Abedin, and Jake Sullivan (Ms. Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff) all used non-secure accounts to transfer classified information while Hillary was running the state department.

For example, two March 2011 emails from British PM Tony Blair (who used the name aclb) were forwarded from Clinton to Abedin asking her to print them out. Sullivan’s non secure personal email account was CCed on the Tony Blair mail was Jake Sullivan (to his non-secure personal account). Ms. Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Before the email was released to Judicial Watch it was redacted because it contained classified information. The codes on the top indicate that email was marked as being classified because it contained “Foreign government information” and “foreign relations or foreign activities of the US, including confidential sources.”

Trump’s plan to finally secure border has his supporters excited. And of course he wants Mexico to pay for the wall.
On his campaign website he points out that that Mexico’s government has published pamphlets on how to illegally migrate to the US. Mexico deports more illegal immigrants than the US does, so it’s a bit hypocritical for them to enforce their immigration laws while encouraging their citizens to bypass ours.

TOWNHALL: Clinton Gets More Delegates Than Sanders Despite NH Blowout

Leave it to the Democratic Party to make their presidential nominating contest as undemocratic as possible. Last night, Senator Bernie Sanders crushed Hillary Clinton in the New Hampshire primary, taking 60% of the vote to Clinton’s 38%. By simple logic, this should mean that Sanders receives more party delegates from the state than Clinton. In a shocking twist to the lopsided victory for Sanders, the opposite is true.
Out of the 24 “pledged” delegates in New Hampshire, Sanders walks away with 13 while Clinton takes 9. Two delegates are not yet allotted to either candidate.
But complicating the primary math are the additional delegates, “superdelegates,” that are shaping up to be Clinton’s insurance plan against the Sanders insurgency. Superdelegates are not decided by popular vote; they are Democrat party officials who can support whichever candidate they choose. Out of the 2,382 total delegates required to win the Democratic nomination, 712 are superdelegates. That means just under 30% of the people who will cast votes at the convention are not bound by the decisions of actual primary voters.

In an interview with Italian newspaper Corriere delle Sera, the pope recalled the phone call from 2014, in relation to comments he made on the political climate in Europe when he addressed the European Parliament. Francis compared Europe to a “grandmother, no longer fertile and vibrant.”

After under-performing in the first two early voting states, the Clinton campaign says it’s because there are too many white people in Iowa and New Hampshire.
At one point, Hillary had at least a 40-point lead over Bernie Sanders. She finished in a virtual tie with Sanders in the Iowa caucuses and got curb-stomped by double digits the in New Hampshire primary. Not to worry though, her campaign is dismissing these setbacks as a result of those states being infected with insipid white people.

( Via Daily Caller) A new government report released this week shows $750 million in Obamacare subsidies went to illegal immigrants or individuals whose citizenship status was not properly verified.
The report released by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, spearheaded by Sen. Ron Johnson , found more than half a million people received the funds in the form of advanced premium tax credits, which the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have no viable plan to recover.

(The Daily Caller) The U.S. Supreme Court just delivered a major blow to President Barack Obama’s global warming agenda by halting the implementation of a key Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulation on carbon dioxide emissions.
The court won’t allow the EPA to implement its so-called Clean Power Plan (CPP), which aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from power plants 32 percent by 2030. This is a big win for the 29 states suing the federal government to stop a rule expected to cripple the coal industry.

Khalil Abu-Rayyan was arrested this past October on gun and drug charges, but authorities have recently accused him of terrorism as well. While he has not officially been charged yet, the government believes that Abu-Rayyan has been working towards carrying out an ISIS inspired attack on the United States. The FBI has been monitoring Abu-Rayyan since May of 2015, and they’ve watched as he has made threats against the nation and interacted with ISIS propaganda online.

American icon, entertainer and Muscular Dystrophy ambassador Jerry Lewis blasted President Barack Obama’s understanding of the Islamic State (ISIS), praised GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump, saying the United States should not allow in Syrian refugees in an interview aired on Eternal Word Television Network.
Trump has called for a moratorium on Muslims entering the United States until the government can be assured terrorists aren’t getting in. Other Republicans have criticized him singling out Muslims, but have said Syrian refugees shouldn’t be accepted over fears ISIS members are embedded among them.

LISBON COMMUNICATION CENTER IS NOT A PSAP!!!

What exactly does that mean for residents of Durham, Sabattus and Lisbon? What this means is that in an emergency only the PSAP can legally obtain additional information to assist EMT personnel on the treatment of victim. You see an E-9-1-1 operator (Emergency Medical Dispatcher) gathers additional information (medical history) called an EMD Code which is passed on to the Lisbon Communication Center prior to dispatching First Responders. According to the current agreement, Lisbon Communication Center can ONLY dispatch First Responders in an emergency. How stupid is that? The EMD code has to be transferred first to the Lisbon Communication Center and then transferred to the EMT. The EMD code contains the additional information on the victim similar to a medical history. This EMD information ensures the EMT has the right supplies in order to treat the patient.

Instead of wasting time, the E-9-1-1 operator receiving a 911 call for emergency services should be the one dispatching First Responders. This procedure saves valuable time in an emergency. There is no valid reason for transferring information when the E-9-1-1 can dispatch First Responders and save critical time. Under the contract for dispatching with Durham, it reads under Attachment ‘A’, Specifications of Service to Be Performed, paragraph B, and I quote “Provide call answering, which shall include but not be limited to all emergency and non-emergency calls for service. This does not include PSAP Services.” What this is saying is that residents should be calling Lisbon Communication Center for all emergency and non-emergency service. It is my understanding that this is illegal because all emergency call for service are required to go through the state of Maine E-9-1-1 system which means residents should be calling 911 for emergency services.

The fact that the Town of Lisbon is promoting the Lisbon Communication Center instead of 911 in emergency situations is a violation of the State of Maine 911: Emergency Service Communication Bureau. The residents of Durham, Sabattus and Lisbon need to know the proper procedure when calling for emergency services and that is dial 911. This is especially crucial when reporting emergency medical situations. Lisbon should have an automatic message on its lines that says “If this is an emergency, hang up and dial 911.”

The County Commissioners need to be doing more for the residents of Androscoggin County by demanding that all residents are serviced by a PSAP and not individual towns. The lives of all residents should be the highest priority for everyone concerned. The logistics are there and I am sure these Commissioners can find the funds to pay for the consolidation. All lives Matter!

Expediting First Responders to the scene with all available information, should be the number one priority. This will save lives.

(Via The Hill) A federal judge scolded the Obama administration on Tuesday for violating its pledge to release all of Hillary Clinton’s emails by the end of last month.
The State Department won’t be able to make public even a portion of the remaining 7,000 pages of Clinton’s emails until at least late next week, an administration lawyer said in a courtroom on Tuesday afternoon.

Trying to speed up the process, attorney Robert Prince warned, may only delay things further.

Just $1.21 trillion of his plan would be allocated toward discretionary spending – with defense receiving $601 billion and $614 billion going toward non-defense programs. An additional $59 billion was requested by the administration for Overseas Contingency Operations fund, remaining consistent with the 2016 fiscal year levels.

(Via Mediaite) The passage of California’s Assembly Bill 60 allowed undocumented immigrants to pursue driver’s licenses beginning on January 2 of 2015. In the next year, 830,000 people applied for licensing under the new law. 605,000 got a license. That’s 40% of the licenses that were issued in California last year.
According to The Orange County Register, the state hired 1000 temporary employees, extended Department of Motor Vehicles buildings’ business hours, and opened new locations where immigrants could file for a license. It was just enough to accommodate the portion of the 2.4 million undocumented immigrants that sought licenses.

The subsidies went to 471,000 Obamacare beneficiaries who did not verify their immigration status or citizenship, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services told Fox News. These individuals failed to provide full evidence of their eligibility, CMS told Fox News, but their lack of documentation does not always mean a lack of eligibility.

A new political action committee plans to give the many women who have been victimized by Bill and Hillary Clinton a platform to tell their stories.
Rape Accountability Project for Education PAC, also known as RAPE PAC, plans to put victims in both television and radio ads that will shed light on how the Clintons worked to silence and destroy women that accused the former president of rape.
“The plan is to feature the victims of Bill and Hillary in TV and radio ads and let them tell their own story,” said Roger Stone, the veteran Republican strategist who started the group.
Stone says that the project will be known as Women v. Hillary and that it will resemble “an all woman Swift Boat operation,” a reference to the group of military veterans that worked to spread the truth about Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry’s time in Vietnam.
