EAGLE RISING: Obama Says Justice Department Will Not Be Influenced By Politics When It Comes To Possible Hillary Indictment

While on “Fox News Sunday” President Obama kept vowing there would be no political influence over the Justice Department’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.
That statement is hard to believe because the justice department used political influence during the IRS scandal and Fast and Furious. Also numerous people have stated this Just Department is the most political out of all of them.

More than half of the nation holds an unfavorable opinion of Hillary Clinton as the New York primary election inches closer.
Fifty-five percent of American voters currently view Clinton unfavorably, according to an AP-GfK poll released Monday. Only 40 percent responded that they had a favorable opinion of the former secretary of state.
Americans meanwhile hold more positive impressions of Clinton’s opponent Sen. Bernie Sanders (I, Vt.). 39 percent responded that they have an unfavorable opinion of Sanders, while 48 percent said they have a favorable opinion of the self-described Democratic socialist.
The Associated Press noted that unlike any other candidate in the race, Americans view Sanders more favorably as the election rides on.
The April 19 New York primary is nearly a week away with 291 delegates at stake.

GOPDD: State to County: Don’t Ask Welfare Recipients About Citizenship

(Via CNSNews) Commissioners in Sedgwick County, Kansas have been warned not to ask participants in a federal nutrition program about their citizenship status- or risk losing the contract to run the welfare program.

In a letter commissioners received last week, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) said asking about the status of participants in the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program before a change in state eligibility requirements “may result in termination of the contract” the county has to operate WIC.
KSN-TV reports that County Commissioner Chairman Richard Ranzau had sent a letter to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment requesting the state ensures the program is limited to United States citizens, nationals and qualified aliens.

A Saudi television host recently criticized Muslims, particular those in the Arab world, who have refused to own up to elements of the Islamic faith that encourage terrorism.
Nadine Al-Budair, a Saudi Arabian columnist and television anchor, said that for Muslims to keep pretending that acts of terror, such as the March 22 bombings in Brussels, are not an Islamic problem makes them “hypocrites.”

An Indiana man woke up to an unexpected nightmare last month during a trip to the dentist’s office.
Donny Grigsby says he went to White River Dental in Columbus, Indiana, to have four teeth removed. But instead, the doctor pulled all of his teeth, WRTV-TV reported.
Grigsby’s wife, Amanda Grigsby, said that during their visit to Dr. Aaron Strickland, her husband was put into a medically induced coma. But during the procedure, Strickland decided to pull all of Grigsby’s teeth, due to an infection he feared might spread.

(Via Daily Caller) Retired General Michael Flynn, former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, said that Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server showed “indifference” to protecting classified information.

“There’s just such incredible lack of accountability for the use of highly classified information and intelligence that’s at the highest levels of our government and we know she knew that she is a target of nation states like Russia [and] China,” Flynn said on Fox News’s “The Kelly File” on Monday.
Flynn agreed with President Barack Obama that Clinton was careless. “But that carelessness, to me, is also an indifference and, frankly, a lack of accountability,” he said.

And “from that time to the present day there are martyrs in the Church, there always have been and there still are.” They are the “men and women persecuted for confessing that Jesus Christ is Lord,” he said.

Police reports indicate that Kevin Mitchell Gonzales, 28, tried to illegally gain entry into a home in Longview, Texas, but things went horribly wrong (for him).
At some point during the home invasion, the homeowner walked into the garage, prompting a physical struggle.
Gonzales produced a gun, which the homeowner wrestled away from him, and then issued a brutal beating to the hapless criminal.
But then after being arrested, police discovered that Gonzales was really Jose Andres Martinez, a Mexican national in the United States illegally, who was using false identification, as illegals so often do.

Wow, here is a message from a God-loving man that will have Trump supporters absolutely fired up.

Hobby Lobby’s CEO and founder David Green has made it a point to make sure his business practices fall in line with his faith, “unlike Mr. Trump.”
In fact, Green’s company was a major player in a 2014 Supreme Court case that would have forced the company to violate their religious beliefs by providing emergency contraceptives (plan B, and the like). Hobby Lobby, and Green, stuck to their guns, and ultimately won the case.

Breitbart-Two illegal immigrants living in the Washington D.C. area have been arrested and charged with the kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old Maryland girl, officials report.

The Montgomery County Police Department announced the arrests of diverse migrants Enrique Carbajal, 24, and Victor Tome, 19, of Wheaton, Maryland, after a sting operation conducted via text, according to the Washington Post.
Police say Carbajal sexually assaulted the girl in her Washington D.C. home, then kidnapped the child and took her to his home in Maryland where both illegals raped the child again.

Iranian officials on Monday accused the United States of violating the recent comprehensive nuclear agreement by working behind the scenes to stop American companies from conducting business with Iran, according to regional media reports.
Iran has been complaining for months that it is not being granted enough sanctions relief under the agreement. These complaints have reportedly pushed the Obama administration to consider offering Iran greater concessions, including access to the U.S. dollar and American financial markets.
However, Iranian officials continue to insist that the Obama administration is violating the deal.
