Congress unanimously advanced a measure on Wednesday to subject the White House’s team of national security advisers to laws giving the public access to internal administration documents.
An amendment to a key Defense Department funding bill brought forward by Rep. Jackie Walorski (R., Ind.) would require the White House National Security Council to produce internal records in response to requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
The amendment comes in the midst of controversy over admissions by Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes in a recent New York Times interview that he and media allies created an “echo chamber” to promote the administration’s nuclear deal with Iran.
The Obama Administration found a way out of their negotiation screw-up, allowing Iran to legally test long-range ballistic missiles. According to the Iranian military, the U.S. solved the problem by telling the rogue nation, Ixnay on the bragging about your launches.
Despite the fact that the only purpose for long-range ballistic missiles is to deliver a nuclear payload (ballistic missiles are lousy at delivering pizza, the cheese slides to one side of the pie) according to according to President Obama’s new best buddies, our government’s only solution was to tell Iran to stop announcing their tests. Truth be told the Administration has no recourse because they were snookered in the P5+1 negotiations.
In a surprise ruling by what is arguably the most liberal appeals court in the US, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the rights of Americans to not only sell guns, but to buy them as well. Teixeira v. County of Alameda was the case before the court.

Dubai: An Emirati lawyer has offered the US President Barack Obama a job in his law firm in Dubai in an attempt to familiarise him with the tolerance of Islam.

this.

Update – The Town Manager briefed the changes she made to the Municipal
Budget.This still has an increase of

Budget Warrant Articles – The Council all eight articles by a vote of 7-0.

Tree Removal – The Council approved for the owner of the property to remove a
tree at 630 Lisbon Street.
10.Award Paving Bid
– The Council approved the award of paving to Crooker Construction, LLC in an
amount of $289,082.54 and the chip seal A/R SAM projects to AB states Asphalt, Inc.
in an amount $110,217 pending final budget adoption.They also approved the paving not to exceed
the proposed $415,000.00 recommended in the proposed budget.
11.Schedule
Municipal Budget Public Hearing – The Council set June 21, 2016 for the date to
hold a Public Hearing on the proposed Municipal Budget and the Capital
Improvement Plan by a vote of 7-0.
Under appointments – The
Council appointed a CDBG FAÇADE Grant Advisory Committee (8 members).

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is set to fight back on the Obama Administration’s decision to enforce transgender/gender identity bathrooms in school districts across America.
