FIM 3- Automation Enhancements
The Scope of this measure is that a new direct digital control system be installed to provide automatic control to the 4 existing AHU’s and HW system pump.  The new system will improve the building engineer's ability to maintain comfort for the occupants and staff.  The following summarizes the building automation system controls:
·         The heating hot water pumps and the boilers will be enabled and disabled based on the demand for heating.  The operation of the pumps will be proofed and alarmed when failure occurs.  In the heating plant, the boilers will be sequenced to maintain a hot water supply temperature reset by outside air temperature.
·         Implement HW reset programming
·         The optimal start/stop and scheduling programming will be incorporated into all the systems.  These schedules will be software adjustable, via a web based portal so that the engineer can adjust the schedule to the changing needs of the building through the central operator station.
·         This new controller would require an IP address and network Jack, by owner.
·         Includes installation of Boiler isolation valves to separate the boiler circuits.
·         This measure also includes on-site training for the Building Engineers

FIM-4 Piping Insulation (distribution improvements)
The scope of this measure is to add insulation to the piping system at the MTM center. Some of the energy in a building’s heating distribution system is wasted through radiant thermal energy loss from a wide range of sources, including steam or hot water piping. Escaping heat can lead to uncomfortable temperatures in machine rooms and hallways or unnecessary heating of crawl space.  Installing insulation to bare piping in these areas conserves energy and reduces costs.

FIM-5 Burner Replacement/ Natural Gas Conversion
The scope for this measure will be to replacing the existing burner on the Buderus boiler with a Riello G900 Gas On-Off burner to convert the system to natural gas. To complete this conversion there will be some necessary code enhancements listed below:

Townhall: CIA economist reveals government’s “Day After Plan” (warns collapse is imminent)‏

Dear Concerned American,

Mount Weather is a national security stronghold located near the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Its maze of underground bunkers is known as "Area B."

My colleagues have given Mount Weather the code name "High Point Special Facility."

You can view footage of it below.

(Click here if you can't see it)

This is where Congressional leadership was transported after 9/11.

Below is footage of the Pentagon's Raven Rock Mountain stronghold. It is located not far from Camp David.

The primary command facility here is codenamed "Site R," and nicknamed "The Rock."
I'm sharing this with you now, because my colleagues and I in the U.S. Intelligence Community have uncovered a series of alarming signals that point to a fast-approaching, 70% stock market crash.

And we have begun to prepare for an unstoppable $100 trillion American meltdown that will be unleashed in its aftermath.

Unfortunately, our government has already put emergency measures in play for this coming catastrophe as well. They call it "The Day After Plan."

And these two locations, at Mount Weather and Raven Rock, have major roles to play ahead.

I'm not asking you to believe me now. I realize what I'm talking about is very serious.

Which is why I strongly suggest you take a few moments to view this evidence.

And then ask yourself, "what if I'm right?"

The PWS Greyhounds tied the Richmond Bobcats in a 3-3 rematch on an ideal Lisbon field. Richmond was first to score early in the game and soon fired in another to put Lisbon down 0-2. Lisbon stepped up the defense with Seth Dyer #20 and Jacob George #16 breaking off Bobcat attacks while offensively Hounds like Scott Smith #4 and Jack Tibbets #8 kept Richmond's own defense scrambling and Striker Noah Austin #10 scored 2 points to tie up the game by the end of the half. The Greyhounds returned from the break still fired up with Austin completing a hat-trick to take the lead. Richmond found the net once more to end the game with a tie. The [0-1-5] Greyhounds next face Gardiner for a home game on Wednesday, October 8.

Market Rants Post - CAFR1 - 10/03/14 - US Dollar / Silver‏

CAFR1 NATIONAL POST

MARKET RANTS - CAFR1
10/03/14

I have not put out a Market Rants Post for over a year.

Today though I see a reason to do so.

US Dollar Index - WEEKLY CHART 5-YEARS  and  MONTHLY CHART 25-YEARS

SILVERWEEKLY CHART 5-YEARS  and MONTHLY CHART 25-YEARS

As of this writing the US Dollar index is at 96.825 and Silver at 16.815

First and foremost, the Dollar index over the last several years appeared to be held by the Feds at the 82.50 mark. If it went below, intervention brought it back. If it went above, Fed intervention backed off and it returned to that level.

Well, in the last few weeks the Dollar index has been picking up steam as can be seen by the current price. Precious metals in the US are priced in Dollars so as the dollar goes up, the price of metals is pressured to go down. You could have metals in another country stay the same but in the US go down being priced in Dollars which are going up.

So, the big question is "What is going to happen and what is going on?"

When the Dollar is low, business activity is strong regarding international trade. US goods are cheaper to foreigners with a cheaper Dollar. The opposite is true with a stronger higher priced Dollar. So what are the Feds doing here? Allowing the Dollar to push higher and higher creates a word to many businesses that causes a cringe, that word is Deflation. So why are the Feds pushing at this time for Deflation? Business cycles are looked at in long term parameters. It is a chess game of motive and motivation. If the International community looks at the Dollar as heading to new high territory, and the trend is for it to continue to do so, they will not back off from buying US goods that they need. In fact they will increase their orders and then back off. This has a positive effect on the economy (if foriegn purchases back off, here the opposite is true).  Additionally, the higher Dollar has the effect of bringing down prices in the US, Crude Oil, agricultural, precious metals, price of foriegn imports, etc.. or in other words: Deflation.

Government's intent here?  Well, they want to maintain the value of their multitrillion Dollar holdings and see a good rate of return on their investments.

Looked at on a global perspective per investments in the US, real estate values increase (even though they may go down slightly); stock market is attractive motivated to maintain its value priced in Dollars, inflation is stymied with a higher Dollar. Overall another word comes into play, "stability". Here is what I think the Feds are going for. If deflation accomplishes that purpose, then motive and intent is answered.

The 10-year high level in the Dollar index was at the 91.0 to 92.5 range. I don't think it will pass that mark in the next four years. Reaching 88.0 to 90.0 in the short run, that appears to be a strong probability. Again, this is a chess game. Next 30-day top? I would put it at 88.50 to 88.80 and the backing off to 86.00 to 85.00

What effect will this have on Silver? Well, when Silver was in the $30 range and I was asked higher or lower, I would say higher BUT, if the commercial boys wanted to push it lower the target mark I would look for to be an aggressive buyer was $16.85 per oz. (most that I told that to at the time probably thought to themselves what is he smoking, it will never get down there). I have learned to pick points after asking myself: Where would they push it to if the commercials and money manager boys wanted to screw everybody? The $16.85 mark was hit a few days ago and breached today with a $16.64 low set early in the morning. In the time it took to write this article, as of 8:45 AM AZ TIME it is at $16.90

Per Silver, I stand with the $16.85 mark being a good price for buyers who have bought looking to hold and "if" $15.55 was hit with the commercials and fund mangers putting the squeeze on, that price I refer to as the "Mortgage  the farm price" as a buy.

HIS EGO OR YOUR LIFE?

HIS EGO OR YOUR LIFE????

Several years ago, the County Commissioners decided to do what is right by consolidating all the Dispatch Centers into one.  This was a huge undertaking and there was no money or a facility to accomplish this so the Commissioners considered consolidating the Androscoggin County Dispatch with the Lisbon Communication Center under the jurisdiction of the county.  This would be a first step as money and a facility were already available.  The consolidation would be in Lisbon.

However, the County Commissioners needed the approval of Chief Brooks and the former Town Council.  Both Chief Brooks and the former Council refused to go along with this consolidation.  Therefore it did not take place.

So let’s look at the facts and try and determine why this initiative, which could save lives, failed.  Here are the facts:

1.     All 911 calls are received by a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).

2.     Androscoggin County Dispatch is the PSAP for this area.

3.     Lisbon Communication Center is NOT a PSAP.

4.     Androscoggin County Dispatch has to relay the information to Lisbon Communication Center before Police, Fire or Medical personnel can be dispatched.

5.     This relay causes a delay in dispatching First Responders.

6.     In a life threatening situation every nanosecond can make the difference between life and death.

7.     Every person in Lisbon is being put at risk because of this situation.

I do not believe anyone can argue the facts as I have presented them.  Chief Brooks maintains there is no delay in dispatching First Responders in an emergency.  Remember a game we all played by telling one person a secret and by the time it got to everyone it had changed so much that it was not anywhere near what was first said.  Also, try and repeat your name, address and what the emergency is and see how long it takes you.  Then try typing the same information and see how long it takes.  This will provide you an indication of how long the delay is under perfect conditions.

This situation was turned into a political nightmare for the people of Lisbon.  Politics took over and is now responsible for your life.  The fact that Chief Brooks and the former Council did not put the people’s lives first is an injustice to the people.  It is a shame that our public officials do not put our lives and safety before politics and Chief Brooks’ ego.

There is no sound reason why our lives are at risk every day when there is a reliable, cost effective solution.  A solution in which when a 911 call comes into the PSAP; the PSAP dispatches emergency personnel immediately without any delay or politics being involved.

This would ensure that First Responders arrive as soon as possible without any delays improving your chances of survival much much better.

The Magic Bank Account

Imagine that you had won the following *PRIZE* in a contest:
Each morning your bank would deposit $86,400 in your private account
for your use.
However, this prize has rules.

The set of rules:

1. Everything that you didn't spend during

each day would be taken away from you.

2. You may not simply transfer money into

some other account.

3. You may only spend it.

4. Each morning upon awakening,
the bank opens your account with another
$86,400 for that day.

5. The bank can end the game without
warning; at any time it can say,
“Game Over!".
It can close the account and you will not
receive a new one.

What would you personally do?

You would buy anything and everything you
wanted right?
Not only for yourself, but for all the people
you love and care for.
Even for people you don't know, because you
couldn't possibly spend it all on yourself, right?

You would try to spend every penny,
and use it all, because you knew it would be
replenished in the morning, right?

ACTUALLY, This GAME is REAL ...
Shocked ???

YES!

Each of us is already a winner of this

*PRIZE*.
We just can't seem to see it.

THE PRIZE IS *TIME*

1. Each morning we awaken to receive
86,400 seconds as a gift of life.

2. And when we go to sleep at night,
any remaining time is not credited to us.

3. What we haven't used up that day is forever lost.

4. Yesterday is forever gone.

5. Each morning the account is refilled,
but the bank can dissolve your account at any time
without warning...

So, what will you do with your 86,400 seconds?

Those seconds are worth so much more than the
same amount in dollars.
Think about it and remember to enjoy every second
of your life, because time races by so much quicker
than you think.

So take care of yourself, be happy,
love deeply and enjoy life!
Here's wishing you a wonderful and beautiful day.

Start “spending”....

SOME PEOPLE DON'T GET THE PRIVILEGE".

NaturalNews: FDA threatens to arrest people who claim natural Ebola cures‏

Dear Lisbon Reporter and NaturalNews readers,

Such outright suppression of the exploration of lifesaving natural remedies is wholly unacceptable and a threat to all humankind.

I happen to believe that if we hope to survive this pandemic, we need to expand our medicine and invoke international cooperation among all cultures and systems of medicine our world has to offer. Read more:
