Ray Stevens has the right idea "Throw the bums out". How can anyone justify raising taxes on the American people and giving members of Congress a raise at the same time. Members of Congress do not have to abide by their own rulings. Congress should be conpelled to abide by their ruling just like everyone else. Members of Congress should have to pay Social Security like all Americans. Laws should apply to every American without exception to eliminate a double standard.
