GOPDD: Al Sharpton Says 97 Million Americans are Affected by Comcast’s Racism
by Harry Hibbs
I think I finally figured out why Al Sharpton has so much trouble paying his taxes. It turns out he’s really bad at math. In a stunning statement the veteran race hustler has said that there are at least 97 billion people living in the United States who are affected by Comcast’s “racist” decision to stop carrying a black religious channel. If you don’t understand how absurd that is, you probably mucked up your taxes too.
TV provider Comcast has chosen to drop The World Network from it’s channel line up. If you have no idea what The World Network is, you are apparently in the minority. According to Sharpton, millions and billions of Americans rely on this channel for their daily black religious enlightenment.

GOPDD: In other words, he’s the polar opposite of our president. Speaking of which, Peters had some seriously harsh words to sum up his thoughts on Obama’s speech last night. This is hardcore.
By clyde -
Lt. Col. Ralph Peters has never been a man known to hold his tongue, but is a straight shooter who tells you like it is without worrying about sparing your delicate feelings…and he isn’t going to change, even for Obama.
In other words, he’s the polar opposite of our president.

GOPDD: A very touching & heartfelt message to America from Clint Eastwood.

My Twilight Years ~ Clint Eastwood
As I enjoy my twilight years, I am often struck by the inevitability that the party must end. There will be a clear, cold morning when there isn’t any “more.” No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat.

A small family bakery in Ohio recently became famous for reason other than their fine baked goods. When the owners of Schuler’s Bakery in Springfield Ohio put up a sign on their front door they never expected it to go viral on the Internet… but go viral it did.
“Notice: This store is politically incorrect. We say Merry Christmas, God bless America, we salute our flag & give thanks to our troops, police officers and firefighters. If this offends you, you are welcome to leave. In God we trust.”
GOPDD: MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry: Be ‘Super Careful’ About Saying ‘Hard Worker’ Because It Demeans Slaves
By Dylan -
MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry chastised a Latino Republican guest on her show to be “super careful” when using the phrase “hard worker” to describe WHITE Republican Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., the newly elected House GOP Speaker. Because I actually keep an image of folks working in cotton fields on my office wall,” she bragged, “because it is a reminder about what hard work really looks like.”
Caution: You may need a double dose of Excedrin to protect yourself from her brain-splitting nonsense.

GOPDD: Students Start ‘White Student Union’… Here’s What Happened IMMEDIATELY
By clyde -
If groups of black, Latino and Asian students all had their own race-exclusive clubs at a prominent American University, it would only stand to reason that white students should be able to form a union of their own, right?
Not only would it be fair, but it would also fall under this oft-overlooked amendment to the United States Constitution — The First Amendment.

GOPDD: All Across America Marines Are Warning Muslim Terrorists With THIS Brutal Billboard. Do You Love It?
By clyde -
Radical Islamic terrorists are infamous for spreading their messages of fear, hate and destruction through aggressively worded campaigns like, “Convert or die,” which turn out to be surprisingly effective.
Recently the Islamic State group has been putting out “hit lists” of their potential targets in an effort to intimidate the west, but we won’t just take it in stride. U.S. Marines have fired back with a billboard of their own – I wouldn’t want to be on the other side of their aggression!

CONCERNED CITIZENS ANSWER
We have all been complaining about Lisbon taxes for years. This year our Councilors made real cuts to our budget and those cuts are reflected in this years tax bill.
The following is MY RESPONSE to "YOU BE THE JUDGE"
- I feel its unfair to chastise our Councilors for not knowing the exact amount of fat in the School Budget. No one knows the exact amount of fat in the School Budget. If we knew where and how much fat there was we probably would have already eliminated the excess.
- Let me get this straight; It appears you are suggesting we should never cut the School Budget unless we have had an expensive "Cost Analysis" and a more expensive " Impact Study". Isn't that counter productive? We could be spending more on studies than we save in cost reduction.
- You are correct it does cost $3,000 dollars for each of the School Budget Votes but it isn't the Council that is rejecting the duly submitted Budget. It is the school's "Special Interest Group" (SIG) that is voting down the budget. The Councilors already gave their approval of the budget by sending it out to vote. The SIG'S rejection vote is triggering a new election not the Council's approval vote. It appears the SIG doesn't want to take responsibility for their "NO" vote.
- By using the Special Council Meeting clause in this fashion, you are attempting to circumvent the Council's power over the School Budget. This was never the intention of the Charter framers.
- I agree dirty politics have occurred, we saw a good example of it at the last Council/School Board workshop. The workshop where one of the School Board members threw a temper tantrum when he couldn't get his way.
Recently the Council compromised and gave the School more of what they wanted. It will be interesting to see if it is enough to satisfy Lisbon School's greedy little "Special Interest Group'.
Respectfully
Joe Hill

Eagle Rising: What are they Hiding? Military Bans Media from Jade Helm 15 Exercises!
By Tim Brown /
Restricting freedom of the press seems to be the norm for this administration and once again, they have demonstrated an unwillingness to be transparent with the American people on what is presumably a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act as Jade Helm 15 begins. Yet, the military is not allowing media access to Jade Helm 15 military exercises taking place on American streets.
The Washington Post reports:
Jade Helm 15, the controversial Special Operations exercise that spawned a wave of conspiracy theories about a government takeover, will open next week without any media allowed to observe it, a military spokesman said.
Embedded reporters won't be permitted at any point during the exercise, in which military officials say that secretive Special Operations troops will maneuver through private and publicly owned land in several southern states. Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria, a spokesman for Army Special Operations Command, said his organization is considering allowing a small number of journalists to view selected portions of the exercise later this summer, but nothing is finalized.
The common response is, "Well, we don't want our enemies to know what we're doing." OK, fine. Then why do we embed any reporters in actual warfare? Ever asked yourself that question? Why must we be so secretive about this particular 3-month long exercise that will take place on American streets, allegedly in preparation for war in the Middle East? Does that make any sense?
Lastoria issued a statement to the Washington Post on Wednesday, which read:
"All requests from the media for interviews and coverage of U.S. Army Special Operations Command personnel, organizations and events are assessed for feasibility and granted when and where possible. We are dedicated to communicating with the public, while balancing that against the application of operations security and other factors."
People have stood by the Jade Helm exercises as a "defensive measure" and such. The Rand Corporation even attempts to line up a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act with such use of the American military. According to a document on their site titled Overview of the Posse Comitatus Act, we read: Pursuant to the presidential power to quell domestic violence, federal troops are expressly exempt from the prohibitions of Posse Comitatus Act, and this exemption applies equally to active-duty military and federalized National Guard troops.
So, what's wrong with that? After all, isn't Jade Helm being promoted as dealing with dissidents and insurrection? It is, but the power to put down insurrection does not lie with the US military. It lies with the militia (the People).
Article 1, Section 8 reads that part of Congress' enumerated powers are to:
To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
Some will call this the National Guard, but that is not true at all. In fact, we know from history that Congress could constitutionally mandate guns and ammunition purchases for the militia for defense and that consisted of the men of the states.
