Since the killing of 32-year-old Kate Steinle in the sanctuary city of San Francisco earlier this year by a previously deported, seven-time felony illegal alien, sanctuary city policies have come under heavy scrutiny from the American public and Congress. Now, sanctuary cities have found another critic: Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson.
"It is counterproductive to public safety to have this level of resistance to working with our immigration enforcement personnel," Johnson said during a speech in San Francisco yesterday. "It is simply, in my judgement, not acceptable to have no policy of cooperation with immigration enforcement. We're all interested in getting criminals off the streets."
Great, but what will the federal government do about it? Considering the Obama White House has repeatedly failed to condemn sanctuary cities and repeatedly refused to address the Kate Steinle case directly, the answer is unfortunately nothing at all. In the past, Johnson has been hesitant to openly criticize sanctuary city policies and said in July during congressional testimony that the polices were out of the control of Homeland Security, but that he hopes local law enforcement will work with the feds to get violent criminals off the streets.

Some argue this definition is only applicable during wartime. An obviously overzealous public defender did his worst in an effort to defend his client, but the judge who was forced to listen wasn’t having any of it.
When the lawyer began arguing that his client deserved leniency because of the racist climate in America today, Judge John Hurley jumped in and wrecked the lawyer’s argument.
The first thing judge wanted to note was that the color of the man’s skin was meaningless in the courtroom -- and then he followed with the real issue. The judge noted that the man was caught in a neighborhood he didn’t live in, hiding under the dock of a person he didn’t know and wearing an empty holster just minutes after a police officer had been shot at.

Two New Black Panthers members were indicted in April on charges they were planning to bomb public buildings including the Ferguson police station.
The two panthers admitted in court they were plotting a major bomb attack but ran out of money on their EBT cards.
The Washington Navy Yard was on lockdown Thursday as police responded to a report of an active shooter at the facility, authorities said.
The call came in about 7:40 a.m.
D.C. Police have closed streets near the scene in the 600 block of M Street in Southeast. The road was shut down from South Capitol to 11th Street due to the heavy police presence.
The U.S. Navy retweeted a message from their Washington district office saying “no incident can be confirmed as of yet.”
The Associated Press, citing an official, said shots have been reported in a building.

A suspect being sought by police for an Omaha shooting opened fire Wednesday on officers, prompting police to return gunfire in a shootout that left a 29-year-old detective and the suspect dead.
Officer Kerrie Orozco died at Creighton University Medical Center shortly after the 1pm gun battle, Police Chief Todd Schmaderer said at a hospital news conference.
Schmaderer said the suspect, 26-year-old Marcus Wheeler, also passed away at the hospital.
Orozco was part of a fugitive task force looking for Wheeler to serve a felony arrest warrant. Wheeler, who was wanted on a warrant charging him in a previous shooting, opened fire on the officers as they approached him.…A semi-automatic handgun was also found on Wheeler, Schmaderer said. ‘Mr. Wheeler is a convicted felon and a known gang member,’ he said.
Orozco was a seven-year veteran of the department and worked in its gang unit, Schmaderer said. She was also a new mother with a premature baby, Olivia Ruth, who is in an Omaha hospital.
‘The (baby) is set to be released from the hospital tomorrow,’ Schmaderer said, his voice breaking.

LISBON, Maine — A local transient formerly from Augusta was arrested Friday after he allegedly stole a pickup truck and numerous items from a Capitol Avenue business, then led a Lisbon police officer in a brief pursuit that ended with a more than 80-foot plunge down to the banks of the Androscoggin River.
Tony R. St. Pierre, 44, has been charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence, as well as felony crimes of burglary of a commercial building, theft, aggravated criminal mischief, unauthorized use of property, eluding a police officer and aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, Detective William Tapley said Friday afternoon.
According to Tapley, the series of incidents that led to St. Pierre’s arrest began about 4 a.m., while Officer Ryan McGee was performing nightly routine business checks. Because of recent commercial burglaries in the area, Lisbon police had been conducting property checks throughout the night.

Five arrested in connection with Freeport prostitution sting

FREEPORT, Maine — Five men were arrested Tuesday and charged with engaging a prostitute following an investigation conducted by Freeport police and other law enforcement agencies.
Police arrested John Driscoll, 65, of Falmouth; Kenneth Fairbanks, 56, of Lisbon Falls; Jerry Hardy, 49, of Topsham; Joseph Lacroix, 28, of Topsham; and Hoang Nguyen, 33, of Portland, according to a release.
The arrests were made between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., according to an email from Freeport Police Lt. Susan Nourse. She declined to name the specific location or release details of the operation.

Dan Bongino is a former secret service agent who says Obama is taking things way too far and America is in serious trouble.
He appeared on a show talking with Glenn Beck and started off by saying We’re in a lot of trouble. The president sees government — and I think it’s because of his lack of experience, and maybe community organizing in the past — as like this shiny new toy. And for all the disagreements I had with Clinton, Carter, and Bush, there were always limits. There was that line you just didn’t cross — we cross that seemingly every day…”
Bongino understands that people will have disagreements with the president, but Obama is taking it one step further everyday and fails to listen to what America is telling him they want.
He also noted how there are so many scandals going on in the administration that it is hard to keep track of what Obama is really doing. And these “distractions” can have devastating effects on America.
They also touched on the latest NSA scandals and Bongino says the way the NSA is evolving is very scary. He said “it gets at the roots of what liberty means…That flag means something. It’s undermining the very principles that made this country great.”

Bunkerville, NEVADA, April 14, 2014– As reported yesterday, hundreds of federal agents are still at the Bundy Ranch and the area continues its status as a no-fly zone. Despite major media reports that the Nevada Bureau of Land Management is retreating, the remaining activity that still surrounds the ranch illustrates a different scenario.
Not only is the BLM not actually backing off of Cliven Bundy, Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association has revealed stunning information: on Ben Swann’s radio program, Mack said that he has received intelligence from multiple, credible sources inside the BLM and the Las Vegas Metro that there is “no question” that the federal government is planning a raid on the Bundy home and the homes of their children who live on the property.
According to Mack, the so-called retreat was nothing more than theatrics. “It was a ploy to get people to back off, to get people out of the way. They weren’t expecting us to get this amount of people here. They were surprised by the numbers and so they wanted a way to get us out of here. This was a ploy to get us out of here and then they’re going after the Bundys.” Mack said that when he was at the Bundy ranch on Saturday there were an estimated 600 to 800 protesters present when federal agents were releasing the cattle.
“If they do that kind of raid, I don’t believe there’s any way that could happen without bloodshed,” Mack told Swann.Mack spoke about the tactic that protesters could use by putting women at the front of the line facing the federal agents to make them think carefully before opening fire.
“I would’ve gone next. I would’ve been the next one to be killed. I’m not afraid to die here. I’m willing to die here,” said Mack.
Many of you have called or emailed regarding the storm brewing between Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the BLM. We all know how we feel about the all-too-frequent bullying of individual citizens by various Feds with their usurped, unconstitutional powers. It's an epidemic that must be stopped.

But there is some good news, and I would like to share it with you.
I recently attended a meeting of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. These sheriffs and peace officers might just be the brightest light that shines today for the cause of liberty and justice.
Headed by former Sheriff Richard Mack, these officers are dedicated to the protection of the God-given liberties of the people they represent. They are a serious band of brothers, who recognize that they have taken an oath before God and that oath does not obligate them to obey courts or agencies that operate outside of the Constitution. Rather, they are committed to following the Constitution which is the Supreme Law of the Land.
Moreover, they recognize that the rights they are duty bound to defend have a divine origin. They are part of God’s created order and are fixed and unchanging. They are not subject to the will and the whims of courts and bureaucrats.
On January 24, 2014, the CSPOA published a resolution which declared, among other things, that “no agency established by the U.S. Congress can develop its own policies or regulations which supersede the Bill of Rights or the U.S. Constitution, nor does the executive branch have the power to make law, overturn law, or set aside law.”
The resolution also declares that certain abuses of the citizenry will not be tolerated including “arrest of citizens or seizure of persons or property without first notifying and obtaining the express consent of the local sheriff.”
This resolution deserves the support of all lovers of liberty. These sheriffs and peace officers, having recognized their duty under God and the Constitution, are bravely stepping forward to do that duty and to defend your rights. They are deserving of your commendation and your support. I am asking you to give them your prayers, your encouragement and your financial support.

Bill Windsor has been missing for months. His documentary Lawless In America was never released. He disappeared and has been gone since August. This needs to be shared and exposed. Where is Bill Windsor? Some of the people working with him on his documentary were threatened by this regime if they worked with Bill. The Powers That Be don’t want this documentary out and they want to silence him. If you have any information as to Bill’s where abouts, please contact me.
