EAGLE RISING: Obama Plans Hostile Takeover of the Judiciary - One Man Stands in His Way

With the passing away of Justice Scalia the Supreme Court and the American people have lost a precious conservative Constitutional voice of reason. In court largely dominated by liberals, Justice Antonin Scalia was a conservative voice of reason in the proverbial lion’s den. Justice Scalia was known to tirelessly work to stop judicial activism, defended private property rights, and religious liberties among other things valued by the American people.

Unfortunately this may give President Obama an opportunity to nominate another liberal to the bench – which would be a certifiable disaster. The next appointee to the Supreme Court is crucial; only two Justices remain that are non-liberal - Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
