Norris Resignation Letter that Councilor Henry "Slipped" to the Times Record and Had Every Right to Do

Councilor Janet Henry has on numerous occasions expressed her displeasure with the way the Lisbon Town Council conducts itself. Councilor Henry has even made a statement by refusing to go to Executive Sessions because she believes that the information discussed in Executive Sessions should, for the most part, be made public. Councilor Henry and the other councilors, not including ex-Chairman Wells, learned for the first time about the fraud when Jennifer Norris submitted her resignation letter. Councilor Henry felt the public had a right to know and she did what she felt was best for the community. We respect Councilor Henry for her decisions and for her ethics and for standing her ground.
