Lisbon Junior Athletic League HoldingBaseball/Softball Coaches Clinic

LJAL will be holding a coaches clinic on Sunday, January 25, 2009 for anyone that is interested in being a coach or assistant coach for baseball or softball. We are looking for coaches and new volunteers. The divisions consist of Boys T-Ball (ages 5 & 6), Farm League (ages 7-9), Cal Ripken (ages 10-12), Babe Ruth (ages 13-15), Girls T-Ball (ages 5-7), U10 Softball (ages 8-10), U12 Softball (ages 11 & 12) and U14 Softball(ages 13 & 14).

If you or someone you know is interested in coaching this summer season please plan on attending the clinic as it will be mandatory for any coach (past or present) to attend an LJAL sponsored coaches’ clinic. It will be a great time to meet the LJAL board members and see what it is all about. Coaches and Assistant Coaches must be at least 21 years of age. Just pick the time frame of the division that you would be interested in or stay for them all. The schedule is as follows:

Time: Noon to 1:00pm Boys and/or Girls T-Ball, Farm League, U10 Softball
1:00pm to 2:00pm Cal Ripken, Babe Ruth, U12 & U14 Softball
2:00pm to 3:00pm Softball Coaches Pitching Clinic
3:00pm to 4:00pm Softball Pitchers (Players) Clinic
Cost: Free!
