I AM IN AWE!

I don't know who put the wonderful photos of Memorial Day, cemeteries, and
many great pictures and videos on the Lisbon Reporter. All I can say is
he/she/they do a great job! The Lisbon Reporter is the best forum for
providing information to and about the Town of Lisbon, what is going on at
Town Office, school and sports, to mention just a few.

Shame on the person or persons helping themselves to flowers Faye Brown has
spent so much time planting. It's not just the planting, it's getting the
plants, getting the gardens and planters ready, plus planting the flowers.
Add to that, the cost of the plants, to make this, our town, one of the most
attractive in Maine.

Re: Flamingos.
Shame on the Town of Lisbon Police Department. It appears
they do not see or even think about anything else than their jobs and
budget, stopping and ticketing vehicles. They do not seem to realize they
are part of and belong to a community. The Boosters work hard and do a great
job promoting sports in Lisbon, and we all should be grateful for all they
do. The flamingos are colorful and it would have been great for all to see
them displayed at the Town Office.

It appears someone does not have a sense of humor. Perhaps an apology to the Boosters is in order?
