Members of the Lisbon Fire Department were kept busy this
past weekend with a variety of calls. The first, of 11 calls was received
around 8pm on Friday with the last call occurring on Monday around noon. Members
were actively involved with incidents that ranged from car crashes to
fires. One firefighter suffered non life threatening injuries while
working a house fire in Topsham. The firefighter was injured while laying
fire hose to a working house fire. He was transported to a local hospital
and released with a leg injury.
