It Is Your Freedom That Is At Stake.

Every few days I run into hunters stopping in for a cup of hot coffee at Bootleggers in the center of Lisbon village. I have not met one of these men yet, who were not true sportsmen. As one gentleman told me the other day, he was within a few feet of a Bobcat while deer hunting in Sabattus, but did not shoot, because he didn't kill anything he couldn't eat. That is the mark of a true sportsman. 

I wonder just how many of these hunters I speak with know anything at all about U. S. House Bill HR45, introduced on January 6, 2009, shortly before the new president was sworn into office, and filed without any other congressional sponsor of the bill by Bobby Lee Rush, congressman from president Obama's old first congressional district on Chicago's south side.

HR45 is currently being held in the House judiciary committee and will probably not come out of committee until after the Obama Care bill is finalized. HR45 along with HR1, sponsored by Congressman David Obey, (D) of Wisconsin, and already enacted into law, will serve notice to all sportsmen and the the public in general who owns any kind of gun, what Attorney General Eric Holder under the direction of president Obama has in store for you.

HR45, if enacted into law, would require all owners of firearms to register for a federal firearms license. (More under the table taxes!) The bill would make it a criminal act not to register as an owner of a firearm, and subject to criminal penalty. This would inevitably lead to a automatic search and seizure public policy, with or without a home owners consent. If this does not alarm you that you are about to lose your rights under the second amendment of the U. S. constitution, which was recently upheld by the U. S. Supreme Court, then try on for size what sections 13101 through 13434 of HR1, which is already law, has to offer you.

These sections of HR1 sets up the infrastructure to computerize all medical records of ALL Americans in a government coordinated database, which will contain psychiatric treatment as well. These records will include drugs you may now be taking. Why is this worrisome? Under the NICS Improvement Act, 150,000 U. S. veterans have already been unfairly stripped of their right to have firearms by the Obama administration. Those rights were removed without a court hearing. Hence ... eventually, we all will be susceptible to this kind tactic.

What else does Attorney General Eric Holder, under president Obama's direction have in store for us?

As you have read in the news, in the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, five of the world's most hated terrorists, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarek bin Attash, Ramzi bin al-Shibh, Ali Abdul-Aziz Ali and Mustafa Ahmed al-Hawsawi, all of whom were involved in the 9/11 plot that killed over 3000 people. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the master mind of the plot has already confessed back in 2003 to being the key terrorist.

All of these murderous thugs will be tried as a U. S. citizen, even though none have ever set a foot on U. S. soil until they are brought here from their Guantanamo Bay military detention. Now ... listen up .. carefully .... no CIA agent has ever testified in a civilian court of law about their overseas activity. Under an oath they take when becoming CIA agents, they cannot do so. The defense lawyers of these thugs, being paid by you, the American tax payer, will want the agents who got the confessions, for instance, from Mohammend, to testify as to how they obtained that information, and exactly what secret information was obtained. 

As you can see .... Attorney General Eric Holder, under the watchful eye of Barack Hussein Obama, has put in place the UNBELIEVABLE situation that these murderous terrorist may WALK out of a U. S. courtroom ... FREE MEN because of lack of evidence.

As a concerned American .... keep your eye on every move Eric Holder makes! Regardless of your party affiliation or political persuasion, it is your freedom that is at stake.
