Brooks' "Investigation"‏

It was well known around Lisbon that there was something untoward going on at the Asian Accupressure business.  They were advertising in Portland freebie papers that were adult-oriented.  A local town employee's son told her that his friend went there for a "happy ending."  The business was right on Route 196 in full view of the police department.  By the way, wasn't it the feds that busted that place?  There were other things right under Brooks' nose too, but he chooses to rule against those that disagree with him.
