Please note the letter out from Mr. Dow is for Business Property not about the land appraisal.  The only thing the concerned citizen did get right is that it was on old letterhead.  Thank you Mr. Dow for saving on paper and just using up the old stuff.  Town saving some money some where.

I would like to thank Clyde Cavender  for his write up.  It is nice that someone can put their name to the truth.  Everything posted by a concern citizen is usually not all the correct information as I have been attending alot of council meetings. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, only thing is opinion that are not always the truth is just wrong.  Thank you again Clyde.
