At Least It is on the agenda, but this doesn't mean anything. No vote, Not a binding action.

Councilor Cote asked for this to be put on the Agenda in August of 2009,  8 months later, after repeatedly asking and other citizens asking, it gets put on as a Work Shop.

 

This is for You the taxpayer,  to have a chance to vote on the municipal budget just like you vote on the school budget.
