Necessary Change‏

The Lisbon school teachers, guidance councilors and administers should be sent a "letter of intent" to reapply for their JOBS!! It is time to judge each staff member for their  work performance and their effectiveness . IT IS NOW TIME!!!  What is the job description of the resource officer and this staff member's effectiveness?No more throwing  money at the problem - this is needed for the children. These 1/2 year work time positions should be reviewed  ( 180 days) and teachers workshop be held during the children's vacations and allow the children to attend school full time!
