P.W. Sugg's boys fought valiantly as they battled Hall-Dale in a home
game that ended with the visitors victorious 0-3. The game, though a
defeat that pushes the Greyhounds' record to 0 - 3 it was significant
in that their defense was strikingly more effective than in the prior
two games. Defenders like Fullback Jacob Mulderig were stopping attack
after attack coming from their opponents on the rain soaked field.
Goalie Jordan Cole also displayed great improvement making excellent
saves. The Greyhounds will have one day to prepare for their next game
as they face St. Mike's for another home game this Thursday.
