Medical Marijuana Maine's Money Making Monopoly

 Rep. Diane Russell of Portland has sponsored a bill that would make Maine the first state to fully legalize marijuana for its citizens. Washington County Sheriff Donnie Smith questions the effectiveness of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and offers some frank criticism of the "war on drugs" in general.

Maine will soon have medical marijuana dispensaries, and officials are learning how best to approach them from other states. News 8's Jim Keithley reports.
