Taxation By Citation Information Not To Be Taken Lightly Lisbon Residents

A short film on some of law enforcement has evolved into a money making machine for some over spending City Halls.

Please understand we are pro-police and strongly encourage and support 'crime suppression.' However modern day policing is becoming another source of revenue for those that just can't quit over-spending.

Police agencies across this Nation deny the fact that there are ticket quotas. I can tell you within the LAPD, that while quotas do not come in the form of a written policy; they come in the form of what's called "re-cap." Hence tickets are demanded and counted through various ways.

It seems the three most misinterpreted Bible verses (by law enforcement) are Romans 13:1-4, Matthew 5:9, and when an officer dies in the line of duty John 15:3.

We have reports  of people being pulled over and officers reporting that they are on quota for the month.  

We have reports of residents being pulled over for simply signing a recall petition.

We have reports of town employees operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and being escorted home by local police.
