Milestones
offers holistically-oriented, evidence-based education and support to
individuals and families in the childbearing year and beyond. We aim to
empower clients and encourage community connections so that we may all
experience our unique life's milestones in an optimal, healthy, and
joyful way. We offer birth and postpartum doula support, childbirth
education, lactation consultations, pregnancy and birth consultations,
community gatherings, and a wide variety of classes, services and events
that support individuals in the childbearing year and in their lives as
parents.

believes that every person who becomes pregnant, gives birth, and
becomes a parent deserves to have high-quality, loving and
compassionate care around this incredible time in their lives.
Our aim is to empower individuals and families by offering up-to-date and relevant information and resources about choices individuals will face during the childbearing year and beyond. Our classes and events take place in a supportive, respectful, open, and inclusive environment. We aim to facilitate a process of exploration of individual values and development of skills and strategies so that clients may have an optimally healthy and joyful pregnancy, birth, postpartum and transition into parenthood. We also aim to create and nurture community supported parenting by creating events and classes that bring people together and foster genuine connections.
No matter what your birth plan is or what your birth experience looks like, Milestones seeks to create the space for you to claim your choices and your unique voice. We believe this will pave the way for clients to grow as empowered, healthy, confident human beings, which will have a direct impact on the quality of future generations' lives.
