Conflict of Interest
If there no response to the LLC situation.what are the options Due to
all the internal relationships and the the individual involved being the
town manager's boss, should the AG's office be involved to control the
conflicts of interest? Lets not involve the ethics committee or the TOWN
LAWYER AGAIN!! RE: the definition of Conflict of Interest...
