CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

At last night’s Special Town Council meeting, there emerged four councilors who put the community first and voted down the 2014-2015 Municipal Budget.  These Councilors are Chris Brunelle, Mark Lunt, Eric Metivier and Dillon Pesce.  This community now has individuals on this council who actually care about the community and its residents.

Each of these true Councilors need to be commended for their efforts to control spending and our taxes.  These four are trying to help this town in getting back on it's financial feet after previous phony councilors and the previous town manager destroyed it.  These Councilors should be proud of their actions and I hope the people of Lisbon appreciate what they are trying to do.  Please phone or email each of these Councilors and tell them how much the community appreciates all of their hard work.

I want the whole world to know how much I personally appreciate what these Councilors did for the community last night.  It takes courage to stand up to the establishment but these four Councilors put the community first and I want each of them to know that I really support their efforts.  It has been a long time since we had true Councilors on the Town Council and it is very refreshing. 

Councilors Ward and Bickford were in favor of the excessive spending and raising our taxes even higher.  Please remember this when they come up for reelection.
