Lisbon has many "Private Roads". Will trash collectors go down these private roads to pick up the trash or will senior residents be required to drag two large (64 gal.) containers down these snow covered roads to place them on town approved roads?
The first 5 homes on my street have driveways between 300ft. and 800ft. long, Will these people be required to hire trucks to get the large containers to the street?
Can you picture some of our narrow roads littered with trash containers blocking snow plows from clearing the snow. Will we be required to take these containers to designated parking lots on snow days?
