GOPDD: Clinton Aides Laptops Not Destroyed – DiGenova Says Agents Refused

It was hard to believe that the FBI would agree, as part of an unnecessary plea deal for evidence that they could have quite easily just demanded through subpoena, to destroy the source laptops upon the completion of their very limited examination.
What was an obvious instance of destruction of evidence to a lay person was apparently just as obvious to the career FBI investigators. The agents conducting the investigation were instructed to destroy the laptops afterwards and they refused. Fortunately for the cause of American justice, nobody else stepped forward to fill that void.
