Hillary is seen arguing the policies of Mexico are “pushing migration north across our border” and says the US needs to “secure our borders” with “physical barriers,” implement “tougher employer sanctions” for hiring illegals and “deport” those who’ve “committed transgressions.”

Bill Clinton made a series of bold claims about the “load of bull” leveled at his wife Hillary over private email server earlier this month that are easily refuted by public statements from FBI Director James Comey.
On Aug. 12, he boiled down the Democratic nominee’s entire email controversy to a couple of emails with classification markings that he said were of no threat to national security and claimed Comey had said Hillary did not receive any emails “marked classified.”
In reality, Comey said she had been “extremely careless” with classified material and that 110 emails on her server bore classified material at the time they were sent and received.

FREEDOM FORCE: DOJ Declines FBI Request to Investigate the Clinton Foundation

Why did the Department of Justice officials decide against an investigation into the Clinton Foundation after the FBI requested the agency open a case into allegations of corruption stemming from Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state? How is this continuing to happen? Why are the Clinton’s allowed to continue to skirt the laws that you and I have to abide by? It seems that there may be something bigger inside this foundation that could be beyond anything we could imagine.

On July 8, 2016, 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich was murdered in Washington DC. The killer or killers took nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone.

Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.

The FBI Director has refused to bring criminal charges against Hillary Clinton and it all hinges on the word “intent.” Have we traveled full circle? I mean, remember when a President questioned the definition of the word “is?” Uncanny since both scenarios connect to episodes which the public had long before reached a knowing conclusion.
Given Hillary’s email antics, what now would qualify as an act of “criminal intent?” Her choice of private servers stemmed from her own decision while being fully aware of laws defining such actions. After all, this wasn’t her first rodeo.

FBI director James Comey’s argument on Tuesday for declining to recommend criminal charges in the Hillary Clinton email server investigation was “absolutely bizarre,” according to former U.S. prosecutors.
Comey announced at a press conference on Tuesday that the he would not recommend criminal charges to the Department of Justice in the case, despite finding that Clinton and her aides were “extremely careless” by sending hundreds of classified messages over multiple, unsecured private email servers.
While investigators concluded that information was improperly transmitted, Comey said he would not recommend criminal charges because “no reasonable prosecutor” would take up the case.

Most of the country is outraged that by FBI Director James Comey let Hillary Clinton off the hook for her compromising national security using several private e-mail servers to transfer classified material. Comey himself just as much as said Clinton did violate the law, but could not be prosecuted because at the time she was unaware that her actions were against the law.
Let's have Comey's statement sink into your brain for a. He said there was no direct evidence Hillary Clinton intended to violate the laws with her e mail account, but she and her staff were extremely careless.

A former White House counsel believes Hillary Clinton should have her security clearance revoked due to the FBI’s assessment that she was “extremely careless” with classified information as secretary of state.

C. Boyden Gray, who worked in the White House as legal counsel for both President Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, said that Clinton should no longer receive daily intelligence briefings after FBI Director James Comey revealed the agency’s finding from its investigation that she was “extremely careless” with “very sensitive, highly classified information.”

Charles Krauthammer claimed the takeaway from Tuesday’s statement made by FBI Director James Comey is that Hillary Clinton is “a non-criminal liar.”

“The conclusion of the day is that she [Hillary] is a non-criminal liar,” Krauthammer said. “The lying is obvious when you compare her statements with what Comey said, but he [Comey] came out with a puzzling conclusion.”

Shortly afterward, both Hillary and Comey gave separate press conferences in which both refused to take questions concerning the e-mail scandal. While no charges were brought against Hillary, FBI Director Comey did state that Clinton’s use of a private server in handling classified information was gross negligence. This, despite the fact that she did break some 19 code laws dealing with Federal crime and National Security.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director James Comey said Tuesday at a press conference that he will not recommend an indictment against Hillary Clinton, though he found “evidence” that she might have violated laws pertaining to the handling of classified information.

Comey announced a number of conclusions that support the findings of Breitbart News’coverage of the Clinton private email scandal, including that she sent and received information on her private server that was classified. Comey said that 110 of Clinton’s emails were classified at the time they were sent.

The FBI has been investigating the matter for more than a year and has spent thousands of hours bringing it to a conclusion.
