An email stored on Hillary Clinton’s private email server contained information that was highly classified at the time it was sent, the Federal Bureau of Investigation revealed on Monday.
According to FBI interview notes in its Clinton investigation released on Monday, “one of these e-mails was TOP SECRET/SCI at the time of transmission.”
The finding contradicts months of claims by Clinton, her campaign, and her political allies that she did not send or receive information that was classified at the time.

There was once a day when the FBI’s famed G-Men were celebrated on stage and screen. But these days the luster of the FBI’s star has decidedly faded especially with the decision of its director to allow the criminal activities perpetrated by Hillary Clinton to go unpunished because the director is a crass, left-wing political operative instead of a hard-nosed man of law and order. And his actions have caused a major problem among agents who still want their work to be respected.

There have been a number of questions raised about the release of 11-year-old comments made by GOP nominee Donald Trump.  On Monday, Jerry Falwell, Jr., President of Liberty University, told Rita Cosby he has evidence that the audio was leaked by GOP elites, although he was unwilling to go any further.  Making matters worse, it appears that a top adviser to Speaker Paul Ryan may have been the source of the audio.

Said Gowdy in a hearing, “What would she have had to do to warrant your recommendation for prosecution?” Comey tried to cover for himself by saying that there would have to be proof of her intent. Gowdy ripped him apart.

GOPDD: Jason Chaffetz Forces FBI to Admit They Hid Evidence for Hillary the Entire Time

The Clinton email scandal was re-opened and FBI agents were grilled as to why Hillary Clinton, a former Secretary of State, did not know that ‘C’ stood for ‘Classified’ if the FBI had another story. Jason Chaffetz, a Republican Utah Representative, absolutely demolished a clueless FBI agent, who by the looks of things was new to his job.

FBI director James Comey is facing a new round of subpoenas from congress regarding his ineffectiveness during the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

The server, which was set up for the expressed purpose of Clinton being able to hide certain pieces of information from government watchdogs, endangered the security of the nation and the lives of many brave Americans.  Now, after James Comey worked diligently to circumvent justice, congress is stepping in on behalf of the American people.

According to reports, several months ago, top Department of Justice officials and FBI agents met together to discuss opening a public corruption case into The Clinton Foundation. However, the Justice Department killed the attempts for an investigation by three FBI field offices.
CNN’s Pamela Brown told Wolf Blitzer, “We’ve learned what initially grabbed the FBI’s attention into this was that a bank notified the FBI saying that there was suspicious activity surrounding a foreign donor to The Clinton Foundation.”

EAGLE RISING: How the NY Attorney General is LETTING the Clinton Foundation BREAK the LAW

New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, is letting the Clinton Family foundation break the law. According to NY State Law, Schneiderman is supposed to make the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Health Access Initiative (and all charities) publicly disclose the names of foreign governments and the millions they donate each year to the charities but he’s not doing it.
Law Newz reports that New York’s charity law clearly states: “Organizations that received a contribution or grant from a government agency during the reporting period shall include the name of each agency from which contributions were received and the amount of each contribution.”

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R., Wis.) slammed the FBI on Tuesday for acting like “political operators” by releasing Hillary Clinton’s FBI report the Friday before Labor Day weekend.
“It’s like the most buried time you could put out stories. I’m surprised. I mean, I can’t believe they would do what is such a patently political move. It makes them look like political operators versus law enforcement officers,” Ryan told Wisconsin’s WRNJ radio station Tuesday morning, according to the Hill.
“The fact that they chose the Friday before Labor Day to put all this out there mystifies me as to why they thought that was a smart thing to do,” Ryan added.
The 58-page report released Friday by the FBI revolved around the bureau’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server and contained notes from its three-hour interview with the Democratic presidential nominee. The documents show Clinton used the phrase does not “recall” or “remember” at least 39 times during her FBI interview.

However, Hillary’s email account was the target of numerous hacking attempts according to the Daily Mail .An unknown individual used an anonymous web browsing tool often used to access the dark web to get into an email account on the Clinton family server, the FBI revealed on Friday.

Huma Abedin revealed to an unidentified person that Clinton had fears she had been hacked after she received a phishing email.

The extraordinary disclosure was made as the FBI published details of its agents’ interview with the former secretary of state which was conducted days before the agency’s director ruled out any charges against her.
Agents noted that Clinton could not recall being trained to handle classified materials as secretary of state, and had no memory of anyone raising concerns about the sensitive information she received at her private address.

In a letter sent to Secretary of State John Kerry Thursday, Chaffetz wants details about taxpayers resources used to recruit State Department experts for Clinton Foundation donors and wants to know whether federal ethics codes were violated in the process.

It’s no wonder Hillary Clinton was reportedly listed as a potential inside security threat. Late Monday, the Daily Caller reported that at least one email indicates that Hillary aide Huma Abedin left classified information in the front seat of her vehicle and asked Clinton assistant Lauren Jiloty to move it someplace a bit more secure.
“I’m going to have ambassador ride on next drive,” Abedin wrote in an email with “Favor” as the subject. “There’s a bunch of burn stuff in the pocket of my front seat.”
