(Via Daily Caller) Two reports out Sunday provide new details about the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton, including that 147 FBI agents have been involved in the probe and that federal prosecutors are expected to soon seek an interview with the presidential candidate. According to The Los Angeles Times, prosecutors have contacted the attorneys for the top Clinton State Department aides who sent and received classified information that landed on the former secretary of state’s private email server.
(Via Fox News) The investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server is entering a new phase, as federal prosecutors are beginning to set up formal interviews with some of Clinton’s closest aides and possibly even the Democratic presidential front-runner herself.
Judge Andrew Napolitano explained on “Fox and Friends” today that this is the last phase of the investigation, which comes after the 147 FBI agents who have been working on this case have gathered “a mountain of evidence.”

(Via The Hill) An advocacy group has asked the Supreme Court to temporarily block a Texas voter identification law from being enforced during the 2016 general election.
The Campaign Legal Center said a D.C. district court, a Texas district court and a three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit have all ruled that the law discriminates against minority voters. Earlier this month, however, the Fifth Circuit granted a Texas request to revisit the case with the court’s full bench and a court panel stayed the lower court order blocking the law.
(Via Daily Caller) Republican representative Jason Chaffetz introduced legislation that rips public land policing responsibilities from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Forest Service officials and hands it to local sheriffs.
The bill, titled “Local Enforcement for Local Lands Act,” has created angst among groups such as the liberal-leaning Center for American Progress (CAP), among other environmentalists.
Rep. Corrine Brown (D., Fla.) is under investigation by the House of Representatives Ethics Committee, the Tampa Bay Times reports. Announced Wednesday, the committee unanimously voted March 16 to establish an investigative subcommittee.
The committee said it would investigate Brown “with respect to allegations that she engaged in improper conduct relating to certain outside organizations, including allegations that she may have conspired with other persons in connection with fraudulent activity, improperly solicited charitable donations, used campaign funds for personal purposes, used official resources for impermissible non-official purposes, failed to comply with tax laws, and made false statements, and/or failed to make required disclosures, to the House of Representatives and Federal Election Commission.”

(Via Daily Caller) A fresh wave of crime from the infamously violent MS-13 gang in the District of Columbia is being driven by the heavy recruitment of young illegal immigrants.
A surge of minors crossing the U.S. southern border is helping the notorious gang boost their ranks and instigate a new string of violent attacks in the city, reported The Washington Times. Over the past few years a wave of illegal migrant children crossed the U.S. border, and MS-13 appears to be targeting them for recruitment.

(The Hill) The Obama administration on Thursday indicted seven Iranians for a series of coordinated cyber attacks against the U.S. financial sector and for infiltrating a New York dam in 2013.
The charges are the first major public step the U.S. has taken to curb Iran’s rapidly developing cyber program, which has been pestering American companies with low-level hacks and probing for critical infrastructure network vulnerabilities for several years.

(The Hill) Conservative legal watchdogs have discovered new emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server dating back to the first days of her tenure as secretary of State.
The previously undisclosed February 2009 emails between Clinton from her then-chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, raise new questions about the scope of emails from Clinton’s early days in office that were not handed over to the State Department for record keeping and may have been lost entirely.
(FoxNews) In the wake of deadly terrorist attacks in Brussels, both Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz attacked the current U.S. Visa Waiver Program.
Cruz said the program — which lets citizens of select countries enter the U.S. for up to 90 days without having to obtain a visa — needs “serious scrutiny,” while Trump called for an outright halt to it.
Security officials have told the Associated Press that the Islamic State has trained at least 400 attackers and sent them into Europe as sleeper cells ready to carry out terror attacks.
“The network of interlocking, agile and semi-autonomous cells shows the reach of the extremist group in Europe even as it loses ground in Syria,” the AP reports.
“In my opinion is this is going to get worse and worse because we are lax and foolish. At this point we cannot allow these people to come in this country.”
