The latest collection of private emails turned over to the State Department by top Clinton aides over the summer may also contain classified information, an attorney for the U.S. Department of State said in court on Tuesday.
D.C. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered the State Department in May to comply with a public records request from Citizens United by this month, but the department pressed the court on Tuesday to extend the deadline until December.
While Judge Sullivan did not grant or deny the extension, he questioned the slow pace and ordered the State Department to conduct a preliminary search by early next month.
An attorney for the State Department attributed the delay to the fact that Clinton aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills did not turn over many work-related emails from their private email addresses until this past summer. These documents are only now being processed by the State Department.

Bradford, who was forced to resign from his position as an instructor of law at West Point in August, has privately circulated a draft of an unpublished law review article entitled “Alea Iacta Est: The U.S. Coup of 2017.” An abstract of that essay posted to Bradford’s LinkedIn page adumbrates a scenario in which a U.S. president – presumably, Barack Obama – becomes an undisguised “tyrant” who must be replaced by a military junta.

Mayor Beth Van Duyne of Irving, Texas is blaming death threats received by Irving’s police chief, police officers, teachers and school administrators on President Barack Obama for his hasty support before the facts were known. Fourteen-year-old high school freshman Ahmed Mohamed was briefly arrested after bringing a suspicious ‘briefcase clock’ to school last week.
Mohamed’s claim to have made the clock himself has been exposed by experts as a hoax. The experts state Mohamed took a manufactured digital alarm clock (a 1986 Radio Shack Micronta brand clock-radio) out of its housing and placed it in a pencil box that made it look like a briefcase bomb.

In the overwhelmingly Democratic state, 51% of the registered voters polled said they held an unfavorable view of the Democratic presidential front-runner, while 46% said they held a positive view of her. In a Siena poll released in July, Mrs. Clinton’s favorable rating was 56% and her unfavorable rating was 40%.

Hundreds of children sick with cancer along with their parents were forced by President Barack Obama’s Secret Service to leave a park near the White House Saturday night after the group had planned a candlelight vigil.
The event was part of CureFest for Childhood Cancer, a two-day event to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer cures. The group of nearly 700 attendees received all the permits they needed to hold “A night of Golden Candles” in Lafayette Park, but were still forced to leave, The Washington Post reports.

The Democratic National Committee has drawn the ire of many liberals for its apparent protect Hillary at all costs agenda in the 2016 election. Debbie Wasserman Schultz shocked her party when she announced there would only be six primary debates. When pressure mounted, she insisted that number was cemented.
The complaints have turned to protests. Angry Democrat voters showed up at the DNC headquarters in Washington, D.C. last week for an event organized by presidential contender Martin O’Malley’s campaign, carrying with them a petition to demand more debates.
