Attorney General Loretta Lynch has admitted at least twice in the last day or so that the Obama administration is currently involved in waging a war against the Constitution and the American people.
During testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, liberal anti-freedom Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) wondered what more the government could do to silence man-made climate change skeptics, and asked if the Department of Justice might take legal action to quell the resistance.

(Breitbart) The US Department of Justice has been considering whether people should be prosecuted for the offense of climate change denial.
“This matter has been discussed. We have received information about it and have referred it to the FBI to consider whether or not it meets the criteria for which we could take action on,” said Attorney General Loretta Lynch, responding to a question from green activist
(Breitbart) Huffington Post reporter Ryan Grim told CNN’s Brooke Baldwin on Tuesday that “something like 54 private jets” had arrived at an elite meeting of tech CEOs, GOP party insiders and big donors set on stopping Donald Trump before he wins the Republican nomination.
The meeting was the annual World Forum, an off-the-record conference hosted by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), a leading Washington, D.C.-based conservative think tank. AEI has hosted the “secretive” event since 1982, but this year had a unique focus. Republican pundit Bill Kristol and former George W. Bush strategist Karl Rove were there, among others, including leaders of both the House and Senate.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) posted the video clip of “Salma and the Hijab,” in which a young Muslim girl – ambivalent about wearing a hijab – argues with herself about whether the hijab is important. Ultimately, her mother teaches her that to choose not to wear it or to desire wearing Western clothing that bears the hair, arms, or legs is to bring her “closer to Satan.”
(CNSNews) Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) said on Wednesday that he hopes the United States Supreme Court will rule against the findings of lower courts that put a halt to President Obama’s executive actions on immigration.
Speaking at a briefing at the Capitol in support of Obama’s actions, Menendez argued that “allowing DAPA and expanded DACA to move forward creates a mechanism and an incentive for almost five million law-abiding immigrants in our community to finally be allowed to come forward, to submit to a background check and to fully contribute to our country.”

The West Virginia state legislature struck a blow for freedom this past weekend by overriding Governor Earl Ray Tomblin’s (D-WV) veto of a bill that would allow constitutional carry in their state. Governor Tomblin attempted to stifle the freedoms of the people of West Virginia by vetoing a bill that would allow citizens of the state to carry concealed firearms without a permit. Stabbings claim the life of one American student. The brief lull in violence in Israel was shattered yesterday by Arab terror attacks in three cities across Israel that claimed the life of one American tourist and injured 13 others, some critically. The attacks coincided with a visit by Vice President Joe Biden, his first since 2010.
The first attack occurred in Petach Tikva. An Arab followed an Israeli into a store and began stabbing the civilian repeatedly in the upper part of his body. The civilian overcame his initial shock and in an amazing feat of courage and strength, pulled the knife out of his neck and succeeded in stabbing and killing his attacker.
(CNSNews) Under the banner of civil rights enforcement, the U.S. Justice Department plans to “promote religious freedom” in the nation’s public schools by cracking down on discrimination and bullying, especially as it may affect Muslims.
The new enforcement effort announced on Tuesday will “expand” DOJ’s ability to investigate and prosecute complaints; lead community outreach; and develop guidance for federal prosecutors.
(Washington Examiner) Attorney General Loretta Lynch indicated Wednesday that the law doesn’t require the Justice Department to pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email system, even if the FBI recommends criminal charges.
Lynch was asked in a hearing by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, what her department would do if the FBI were to recommend that step. “If the FBI were to make a referral to the Department of Justice to pursue a case by way of indictment and to convene a grand jury for that purpose, the Department of Justice is not required by law to do so, are they — are you?” Cornyn asked.

(Breitbart) A Freedom of Information Act request from Judicial Watch revealed that in April 2015, soldiers of the 67th Signal Battalion based in Fort Gordon, Georgia, were forced to attend a “white privilege” briefing, designed to coach them on how they have systemic privilege for being straight, white men.
In the PowerPoint presentation, the troops were instructed that “race privilege gives whites little reason to pay a lot of attention to African Americans,” primarily because of the invisible “powerful forces” that conspire to keep hard working black Americans down and stop them from being valued by the rest of society. According to the presentation, it is in fact white privilege alone that creates a “yawning divide” in income and general prosperity.
It is no secret that Hillary Clinton is the dirtiest in the business, but she learned from the absolute best there is, her husband Bill Clinton. Bill has had a lifelong existence filled with scandal, criminal activity, dirty deals and of course, sex related incidents both legal and illegal.
It’s surprising that Hillary has the time to devote to her campaign for President with having to constantly cover up illicit actions by both her and her husband.

The RNC filed two lawsuits Wednesday under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain Clinton’s files during her tenure as secretary of state.

(Free Beacon) Iran on Tuesday again threatened to walk away from the nuclear agreement reached last year with global powers, hours after the country breached international agreements by test-firing ballistic missiles.
Iran’s most recent ballistic missile test, which violates current U.N. Security Council resolutions, comes a day after the international community’s nuclear watchdog organization disclosed that it is prohibited by the nuclear agreement from publicly reporting on potential violations by Iran.
Daily Caller reported; The Department of Justice is investigating five FBI agents involved in the fatal shooting of Oregon militia spokesman Lavoy Finicum for allegedly covering up the details of Finicum’s January death.
One of the FBI agents allegedly lied about firing twice on Finicum, who was shot to death in the course of an attempted arrest related to the militia’s occupation of federal land. Four other agents allegedly helped that agent cover up the lie, reported the Oregonian.

Daily Mail reported, A White House official confirmed this afternoon that President Barack Obama will not be in attendance at former First Lady Nancy Reagan’s funeral on Friday, instead opting to speak at a popular film and music festival in Texas.
Obama will be represented at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library by his wife, Michelle. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said she will be attending the service in Simi Valley, California, as well.
Even among the early expansive field of Republican presidential candidates, Donald Trump has always been the most closely connected to the Jewish people. Naturally, this won’t make a bit of difference to leftist/liberal Jews, about 70% of the Jewish population in America, many of whom are not supporters of Israel either.
