Lisbon Community School Kid Reporters!!!‏

ATTENTION LISBON STUDENTS, PARENTS & FAMILIES, TEACHERS, COMMUNITY MEMBERS, AND LISBON FANS!

WE NEED YOUR VOTES TO WIN

Lisbon Community School was selected to appear on the Channel 13 News under the Kid Correspondent segment. Jeff Peterson came to our school and filmed fourth grader Joseph Fusaro and fifth grader Shelby Plourde as they showcased "what makes LCS such a great school. More than twenty schools were filmed and now we need your help in being voted the school with the best Kid Correspondents.

The broadcasts will be shown each morning at 5:30 and again between 6:30 and 7:00am. We don't know which school will air on any given morning because schools are selected randomly and not announced before the morning they are shown. The segment will appear online later in the morning.

Online voting begins May 26th and continues until Sunday, May 30th at midnight at www.wgme.com. People will be able to vote for their favorite Kid Correspondent as many times as you want and will be able to see the results for a while. Don't be surprised if the vote count is no longer on our website after a couple days of voting so the champ will be a surprise.

On May 31st, Jeff Peterson will announce the Correspondents that received the most votes and their piece will be aired again. There will be a special assembly to celebrate the victory with trophies and a banner.
