Sugg's Greyhounds enjoyed their second win this season in a close
match against Winthrop. The 2-1 score favoring the Greyhounds was made
possible by the hard working team members like Lawrence St. Amant who
displayed unprecedented aggressiveness in the game's 1st half and
excellent stops by both keepers, especially one critical save by
Jordan Cole during a tense Winthrop break-away in the 2nd half. The
winning goal was attributed to the undying efforts of the team with
Eric Kane making the last shot for the win. The Greyhounds next face
Gardner in another home game Thursday as they look to add another win
to their 2-4 season record.
