Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins block a bill to help 911 first
responders and ground zero workers. It would help pay for the treatment
of healthcare issues related to the toxic air they breathed while
serving their fellow citizens in a time of national emergency. Mike
Michuad and Chellie Pingree supported the bill in the house.
