WHY A DOUBLE STANDARD FOR STEALING MONEY IN LISBON?

Mark Stevens, Do you have a double standard in the Recreation Department? 

Why is Eva Noddin charged with stealing in excess of $1000.00 when in fact Pauline Mathieu did the same thing, was fired by Rec. Director but not officially because of TOWN HALL politics.  She was then reassigned to the Registration Department in Lisbon.  

Does she have a special angel in the Town Administration?
