Are Lisbon Councilors subject to the regulations that they pass or have they exempted themselves from the inconvenience of having to abide by their own laws?

Councilor Pomelow seems to be ignorant of the "winter" parking regulations in Lisbon.  Large over sized  tractor trailer trucks have been spotted regularly parked in front of the councilors home. This in my opinion is in violation of the following Town Ordinance.

Sec. 50-45.  Winter parking between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.The owner or operator of any motor vehicle found parked or left unattended upon any way for a continuous 60-minute period between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of any day during the period from November 1 to April 1 of each year shall, physicians on emergency calls excepted, be punished by a fine as provided in aricle V of this chapter.

I hope Chief Brooks  will take notice and enforce the town laws equally regardless of Mrs. Pomelows position as Town Councilor and his Boss.

The whole town is watching.
