Ethics Panel To Convene Again, Over Councilor Michael Bowie's Conflict of Interest

On Monday evening, November 28, 2011, 7:00PM at the Lisbon Town Office building there will be another chapter written in the Town of Lisbon history book.  The Ethics Panel will be holding another conflict of interest involving Councilor Michael Bowie.  The Town of Lisbon has had to go through this  before.  The real question is how many times do we have to go through this before Councilor Bowie understands what a conflict of interest is?  Please come out and bear witness to another display of your government at work.
