Here's Some Lisbon Fire Department History: Lisbon Ctr. Fire Dept. 1952

Front Row: Left to Right.
Theo Bernier, Everett Ham, James Powers (Truck Driver), Walter King (Captain), Gordon Gartley (Chief), Clarence Gamache, Rueben Violette, & Emile Albert.
Back Row: Left to Right.
Leon Hinkley, Albert Michaud (Truck Driver), Arthur Hardy, Reginald Gray, Roy Moody (Sec., Treas.) & Joe Duval.

Not many years before this pic, Lis. Ctr. Fire Dept., first stored their Model T or A ? (engine had to be started with a crank :)) in the private garage owned by Rueben Violette, whom was many times there first and started the engine, and then later moved, I believe in the later 40s to beside the weaver room of the Farnsworth mill.
