Gale Warning 0002 continues until 700 AM EST Jan 14th
Winter Storm Warning 0001 is now in effect until 800 PM EST
Winter Weather Advisory 0002 is now in effect until 800 PM EST

Low pressure will weaken as it moves into the Maritimes tonight. At the same time, another area of low pressure will approach New England from the west. Low pressure will move northeast through northern New England on Friday swinging a trailing cold front through the area and setting up a strong southwest flow in it's wake. A trough of low pressure will linger of the area Friday night and will move offshore on Saturday. High pressure will gradually build in from the west Saturday night through Sunday. High pressure will crest over the region on Monday and shift offshore in the afternoon. A cold front will approach from the northwest Monday night through Tuesday. Low pressure will develop along the front and will move into northern New England by Wednesday morning swinging the front through the region.
